I HATE BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN!

If ever one person has gotten more mileage out of three chords on the guitar, it is douchebag Bruce Springsteen. He is a supreme example of why musicians and actors should keep their big pie-holes shut!

The Angry White Dude has never understood why so many people like this guy. I suppose you have to be a yankee from New Jersey (now that’s two strikes against anyone) to like this tool. A few years back, someone gave the AWD tickets to a Springsteen show. Having nothing going on, I went to the show. I lasted 4 songs. It was the most pathetically boring thing I have ever witnessed. But wall-to-wall yankees acting like Jesus had returned. AWD stepped on as many toes exiting as I could.

Today, Springsteen put on a show for Obama with the goal of registering more homeless and dead people to vote in the Presidential election. The DemonRats have rounded up every wino, hippie, miscreant type they can find and given them cigarettes, booze, money or worse yet, a Springsteen concert to get them to vote for Obama. Pathetic is what it is, pure and simple. Springsteen said today “I’ve spent 35 years writing about America and its people and the meaning of the American promise – a promise handed down right here in this city” Our everyday citizens … have justifiably lost faith in its meaning.”

What Americans have lost faith with is our government! We are tired of paying our hard-earned dollars so our “leaders” can piss them away in DemonRat get-rich schemes like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. We are tired of paying $4 per gallon of gas when we sit on a sea of petroleum. Again, our DemonRat leaders won’t let us drill for our own energy needs. We are tired of being called racists because we refuse to vote for a socialist newcomer who buddies up with communists, America and white hating preachers, mobsters and terrorists. We are tired of bail-outs of $700+ billion because of the evil deeds of others like Barney Fag Frank, Chris Dodd and their ilk. We are tired of tools in Hollywood and pathetic singers like Springsteen and Bon Jovi registering homeless drug addicts to vote for Obama when we study the issues and make an educated vote. We are sick of Nancy Pelosi and her douchebag friend Harry Reid who WANTED us to lose in Iraq. Pelosi, who turns her back on our best friend in South America, Colombia when they look to strengthen their friendship with us as a counter to Venezuela. We are sick of sanctuary cities like San Francisco who shelter illegal immigrant criminals who prey on innocent, law-abiding Americans. We are sick and tired of being ridiculed because of our Christian religion when not a word is said against the “religion of murder” Islam.

Those are just a few of the reasons Americans have lost faith, Springsteen. And you want us to elect a socialist who has promised $1 trillion of government spending? We want less government. We don’t trust Washington to make decisions for us. So do us all a favor, shut the hell up and learn another chord for heaven’s sake.

I read through this thread this morning and I am mildly impressed for no other reason than I cannot believe you were able to decipher the illiterate ramblings of “the boss”. I was barely able to follow his train of thought, because it seemed like he left the tracks several times. Good work.

Ha–thanks RnR. We’ve certainly been getting a lot of practice lately with.deciphering the oft-incoherent rantings.of the world’s bitter misfits. If only they’d try civil discourse before flying off the handle with their totally uncalled-for diatribes, they might make a few friends, soften their misanthropy, and muster a little courage to surface from their basement lairs and interact with people in a friendly and civilized way.

One can only hope.

“The Truth”, if you were interested in the truth, you’d know that there have been numerous scientific studies done on popular music over the years, and it has been empirically proven (& independently verified), time and time again that Bruce Springsteen’s music does, in fact, rate amongst the lowest on all objective measures for musicality. Correspondingly, studies have also conclusively demonstrated that fans of Bruce Springsteen tend to be insecure, narcissistic, agoraphobic, and have high incidences of BPD.

Sorry, bud, but these aren’t opinions–they’re stone-cold facts. And as Jesus of Nazareth was famous for saying, “Everyone’s entitled to their own opinions, but they are not entitled to their own facts.” (Look it up!)

And contrary to your assumptions, I am actually quite interested in your opinions, as they seem to be very well thought out. In fact, I’d probably give anything to hear your opinions on things. And I mean anything–like, I’d even give you a flying shit!

You see, The Truth/The Boss, you strike me as a very affable, intelligent, and interesting individual–someone I would definitely treasure as a friend. Which is why, when you said that you don’t want to be my friend, I was incredibly heartbroken. There are few things in life quite as agonizing in life as unrequited love.

But I guess that is the lot for a moron like myself–e.g., who never even considered the possibility that other people besides myself have opinions. (And I do thank you for bringing that to my attention–all these years I’ve been making a fool of myself telling people about these unique a-factual, subjectively-determined ideas I possess!)

Well, seeing as you don’t want to be my friend, I guess I should cease my pathetic groveling and a) get a life, and b) get over myself. Though, to be honest, I’m not sure how to do either, exactly. If you wouldn’t mind, could you please provide some guidance?

I just heard a version of the song “Santa Claus Is Coming to Town” on the radio and I instantly knew it was Springsteen singing. Because it sounded like he was trying to take a dump. And yes, in fact, it was him.

Do you think someone straining to take a dump sounds good as a singer? I don’t.

Wow,your spot on. This scumbag Springsteen is way overrated. I’m glad to see there a thousands out there who agree.Now he is nothing but a parody of himself. I remember back in school when a Black friend said to me . This guy really is something no black person can like. He like’s Zeppelin,Aerosmith Floyd etc ,but he said Bruce just sucks.
