Greetings from Big Sky Country on a blustery, rainy afternoon friends. Don’t know if many of you have followed this story…so thought I’d put it out here for you all to hash out with your thoughts regarding who you think is right or wrong, and why you do when it comes to msDNC and the despicable tactics they use and spew out there every single day…which we all know are full of lies…we all know they are protecting and doing their best to reelect their ‘messiah‘ Barack Hussein Obama come hell or high water!

Agenda, Agenda, Agenda!

One other major matter here folks…Ed Schultz has been funded by the UNIONS since 2005…you really need to read this as well. Does this make it a conflict of interest regarding his employment at the ‘Funny Farm‘ on msDNC? Why isn’t anyone paying attention to this…at all? After-all, we sure as heck know what Media Matters and ilk would be doing if the same situation were reversed and it was a conservative ‘Talking-Head’ on Fox…the screeching and his or her demand for removal would be everywhere 24/7 on ALL the other major leftist networks!

Free Speech is free speech…but Double-Standard-Hypocrisy much? No wonder very few with brains that work are glued to msDNC when it comes to their ratings! Can you say backfire!?

This is via TC:

Bill O’Reilly, host of “The O’Reilly Factor” on Fox News Channel, took issue Thursday with the tactics of the conservative Media Research Center’s call for the firing of Ed Schultz, host of MSNBC’s “The Ed Show”.

MRC president Brent Bozell had spelled that call out in a letter to MSNBC president Phil Griffin earlier this week and had threatened to take his “message directly to the shareholders of Comcast.” O’Reilly noted this and was sympathetic to the MRC’s cause.

“Now some Americans are calling for firings, boycotts and in one absurd case, criminal prosecution, for speech that they don’t like,” O’Reilly said. “The latest is the conservative Media Research Center calling for the Comcast Corporation to fire some people at MSNBC. Now, we sympathize. For years gutter snipes on that network have been abusing freedom of speech, intentionally trying to harm folks with whom they disagree.”

O’Reilly explained his past position on boycotts, highlighting his Ludacris-Pepsi dispute, which he contended wasn’t a boycott but just criticism of Pepsi. His said his only actual boycott threat involved France, for allegations of its business relationships with Iraq under Saddam Hussein. However, when it comes to the programming of both the left and the right, he said boycotts are “garbage.”

“The entire boycott movement is garbage,” he said. “The far-left threatening sponsors who advertise on programs they don’t like is flat out un-American. So I believe that the Media Research Center is making a mistake sinking to that level. We sometimes use some of MRC’s facts and they’ve always been reliable. MRC is a good source of information. It should stay that way and stay out of the boycott business. I have no beef with anyone who is angry about the Limbaugh situation on either side. You are smart enough to form your own opinion. And I believe in the free marketplace.”

Later on the Fox News Channel, Bozell told “Hannity” host Sean Hannity that he didn’t want to employ these tactics, but that the way the left had handled the Rush Limbaugh controversy had made it necessary to highlight the double standard.

“You know, I didn’t want to either,” Bozell said. “But there comes a point where enough is enough. There comes a point where you get just plain sick and tired of the hypocrisy, of the raging hypocrisy of this network, where you have one host after another who on the record has made statements that are hundred times more offensive than what Rush Limbaugh has said and no one’s been called into account for it. It’s time conservatives start calling them into account for what they’re doing.”

A representative speaking on behalf of the MRC told The Daily Caller that the call was for Schultz to be fired, not for the network to be boycotted.

  1. This is a great read folks from Pat Buchanan.

…and I’m going to throw this in as well.

Plus today Rush made a great point on his radio show regarding the msm and Sheriff Joe.

  2. Bill O’Reilly as I’ve said before is a charlatan! He thinks there is a middle ground to just about every topic imaginable! That is why he continues to perpetuate this fallacious theory of remaining “independent from all partisan agendas”.

He calls himself a “Catholic”, not in the traditional sense, but simply a new order form introduced during the radical 1960’s. At this point, what does it matter what O’Reilly thinks in regards to any given issue?

There’s a very enlightening passage in the bible regarding lukewarm Christians such as O’Reilly who fear offending man as oppose to God; “I know your works, that you are neither hot nor cold. I could wish you were hot or cold. “So then because you are lukewarm, I will vomit you out of my mouth”!

    • Renee…you said a mouthful and them some. I agree with you about BOR, no doubt about it. I also totally agree with Bozell when he said –

He’s danged right…it’s time to start fighting fire with fire, it has been for decades!

What’s good for the goose is good for the gander!

    • Renee, you nailed that Pompus ass. He is so full of himself, his age seems to be showing. He has become too politically correct, and too concerned about not offending anyone with a strong moral stand.

He also totally minimizes the Sheriff Arpaio research, he really hurts the effort to bring this serious issue to the forefront of the media. He is also very luke warm when it comes to defending the tea party.

I really cant stand to see him more than maybe once every week or two.

  3. I see where Bozell wrote about this today ~

  4. Paul Bonnichsen says:

Is anyone really amazed at the hate speech from the left. Just find a Dim and have an hour of casual conversation and you’ll generally find their compass is 180 degrees the opposite direction of most people. Dims hate anyone who worked their asses off to succeed in life… and furthermore believe the success of hard working Americans should be shared with those pukes who never applied themselves and in short were just to lazy to work.

    • Paul…

You got that right. I don’t know if I can take much more some days…and for some reason the last two have been horrendous to me…with O leading the way with his arrogant non-stop lies via teleprompter at community colleges to heads full of mush…and then he goes on to fundraiser after fundraiser…to the likes of which we’ve never seen, and of course we’re all paying for one way or the other.

  5. He kisses Geraldo Rivera’s ass.

He’s a pin head, and thats the Talking Points Memo

as if “the talking points” is some sort of entity

  6. Brent Bozell appears on a weekly segment on Hannity’s show called “media mash”, in which they analyze the blatant and irresponsible bias of the liberal, “pro-Obama news media”! Bozell was eventually pushed to the limit and is justifiably taking matters into his own hands, in counterattacking the shameless media CEO’s who consistently protect immoral liberal-Democrat activists such as Ed Schultz and Bill Maher.

Instead of acting like a true “cultural warrior”, in which O’Reilly masks himself as, he condemns Bozell’s bravery and the dedicated conservative mothers, who renounce JC Penney and their spineless efforts in endorsing sodomite, Ellen “Degenerate” as their newest spokesperson!

  7. Happy St. Patrick’s Day to all you heathens and snake charmers out there!!!!

Bill O’Reilly’s being the troublesome leprechan with his PC mentality. It must be that gold pot of his, that’s ruling his show these days.

“If you’re gonna tell the truth, tell it! Don’t talk PC.” – Tuco (from The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly)

  8. I have got where i can’t stand that pompous ass O’Reilly any more.Just like when i see Obama on tv i have to change channels or i will throw my remote through my plasma screen that cost some serious hard earned cash.

    • You’re not alone. My other half feels the same way. I do too…especially when it comes to Dear Leader!

I only watch BOR if their is a topic/guest I want to hear…or if Miller’s going to be on.

      • Half the time BOR won’t let them say anything without interrupting them every other word with his arrogant comments.the only thing he cares about is how many of his books or his factor merchandize he can sell.I would like to buy him for what he’s worth and sell him for what he thinks he’s worth.

        • Guy…

That’s exactly what drives us nuts too. Plus…he’s been everywhere and done everything dontcha know…just ask him!
