Former VP Dick Cheney let it all loose when it comes to Dear Leader…he minced no words whatsoever. What’s amusing is even the leftist-loons can’t spin this one…the message is loud and clear, so naturally their panties are in wad big time now…they’re outraged, outraged I tell ya!

Here’s what Cheney had to say last Saturday:

Leading off the week, is some tough talk for Obama from former Vice President Dick Cheney speaking Saturday to the Wyoming Republican Party state convention.

“He has been an unmitigated disaster to the country,” Cheney said, who said he “can’t think of a time” when he felt it was “more important to defeat a incumbent president.”

Plus this:

After Rick Santorum dropped out of the race this past week, Cheney in his address urged the party to pull together behind Romney. He said the former Massachusetts governor would do a “whale of a job.

Brit Hume weighed in on this matter this morning, this is via Fox:

Former Vice President Dick Cheney is out of the hospital following a heart transplant, and he made his first public appearance this weekend. When Cheney spoke at a GOP state convention in Wyoming, he commented about the 2012 election, praising Mitt Romney while slamming Obama as an “unmitigated disaster for the country.”

Brit Hume weighed in on these comments on today’s America’s Newsroom. He said it’s remarkable that Cheney came out on stage after heart transplant surgery just weeks ago and talked for an hour and 15 minutes.

In discussing what Cheney’s role will be in the 2012 election, Hume said he’s a large figure. “When he talks, as this weekend proves and a number of prior instances proved as well … when he talks, it makes news.”

“I think what he said is important on a couple of levels,” Hume said. “It reflects the sentiment of a lot of conservative Republicans that Barack Obama has not really been a poor president, or an effective president, or a weak president, or a successful president. There’s a belief in those quarters that he’s been an atrocious president.” Hume suspects that Cheney is hoping that this sentiment will be a motivator for people to turn out and vote, particularly for conservatives who may not be enthused for Mitt Romney. Hume said, “I think he’ll be a voice, if he chooses to, throughout the rest of this campaign season.”

So friends, do you think Cheney will be an asset on the campaign trail for our side of the aisle? Do you think we need more like him that has never minced words and tells it like it is from the gut? Or do you think he may be a detriment the more he speaks out because of the msm, let alone fear from some of those on our side of the aisle that I, for one, consider gutless-wonders?

Here’s an example from the left, another ‘Chart Topper.‘ from the past. – This speaks volumes!

“You’re damn right, Dick Cheney’s heart’s a political football,” Schultz said in remarks recorded by the media blog Radio Equalizer. “We ought to rip it out and kick it around and stuff it back in him.”

I say; “Let’s Get Ready to Rumble!“…what say you?

  1. Kudos for Cheney, we need more people like him with the guts to call “a spade” “a spade”.

Romney needs to grow a pair and expose everything he can find on Obama,….first of all, his BC, then visas, his school records, his radical pal “Bill Ayers”.

If republicans continue to be “weenies”, they will never win the potus.

    • tazz…

You mentioning the records reminded my of what I was thinking this morning when I heard some libs on msDNC screeching for Romney’s tax records for the past eleven years….all Romney has to say is ‘maybe I will as soon as Dear Leader releases college records, issues regarding a social security number in Connecticut, mention Sheriff Joe’s findings regarding his BC etc etc.’

      • BT, exactly!.. If Romney would grow a set and double down on that, it would energize this whole country,…plus show that Romney isn’t afraid to say what’s on his mind and build peoples’ confidence in him!

Just think,…the scumbag media wouldn’t be able to hide it either and the onus would be on Obama to reveal his secrets that in all likelyhood are illegal!

For the life of me, I can’t understand why Romney wouldn’t use this GOLDEN opportunity to totally destroy this “false prophet”, unless he’s too cowardly!

I’d love to be in his shoes ’cause I’d “lay it on” the SOB!

The old saying “all’s fair in love and war”, sure applies here,….this IS a war and unless Romney gets the “pc $hit” out of his brain, he will lose to that pariah.

        • tazz…

Did you happen to catch that link below here somewhere I put here awhile ago where Romney sent a message to Dear Leader, telling him to ‘pack his bags.’ – That’s a start.

Btw…You know we agree wanting him to have fire in his belly, just don’t think that’s going to happen when it comes to Romney’s nature.

But I do know one thing…Romney’s been ahead in the Rasmussen and Gallup polls this week, and it’s only April. – I don’t think for one second we’re going to lose…at all. (People are too angry…he’s killing us out here!)

        • Give it up guys, that is NOT gonna happen. NO republican surrender monkey at this time has the balls to speak the truth about the Obamuslim and it is going to cost America and American citizens dearly. These republican surrender monnkeys can only hope there will be some scraps from the democraps’ dinner table for them. Look at how little, as in NOTHING, our republican surrender monkey controlled congress has done..did I mention NOTHING! Considering the escalating purchases of weapons, ammo and survival food and medical stuffs I believe I am not the only one that thinks our own damned government is going to be our worst enemy.

          • Good Morning Skip…

It’s early yet…so I just can’t be as pessimistic as you are. I think we will win…big time.

The repubs don’t control congress at this time….only the House, and they have passed quite a few good bills that ‘Fearless Leader’ Reid refuses to bring to the floor. Plus, even if the repubs on our side of the aisle had both chambers and did get some of these passed, Dear Leader would Veto them all.

I’m hoping we get more conservatives in both chambers this election, that’s what matters so much to me as well. Plus, I’d like to get rid of some of the top tier we have as so-called leaders in the House and the Senate! (I’m not holding my breath for that to ever happen though) 😉

  2. Dick Cheney is the greatest patriot in the country today. Bar none and I mean bar none!!!

I am so glad that he has had this heart transplant and is doing well.

When Dick Cheney speaks I listen.

I am so sorry that this great man isn’t running for office. There is no one in the country that I would prefer over Dick Cheney. The country is at a loss without him at the helm. I know its not possible to have Dick Cheney in the oval office but the country would be better off if he were able to hold office….that’s for damn sure.

Since that is not possible I am glad to see that he is weighing in on the race. It’s as simple as this…When he speaks I listen.

Dick Cheney is truly a great man. And I hope he continues to speak out and tell the truth about this piece-of-sh!t that is in the white house right now.

Kick Obongo’s ass out of the white house We Much !!!!!!!!

    • Bluto…

I’m with you 100%…I have nothing but total admiration for this man, always will.

I’ll never forget when he made one of his first speeches when he was running with Bush, I think he was saying this to the military, but all of us across the land at the same time…”Help Is On the Way’…that really resonated.

Plus I loved it when he was overheard dissing that NYT’s author, saying he was an A-Hole etc…of course the msm was just aghast dontcha know.

Then there was always when he told Leahy to go F’ himself…lol!

No, he’s always been who he is…whether anyone liked it or not. I don’t know how many times I must have told my husband I wished it would have been Cheney that ran for Prez…instead of Bush. He backs down to NO ONE!

One other thing…I will never forget Bush not pardoning Scooter Libby, that had my ire. (along with the Border Patrol fellows too)

Bush turned into a complete gutless wonder after the midterm elections….Cheney didn’t change a lick. – That’s what people yearn for!

    • America Blows says:

you are right he is a great patriot! he sent american soldiers to go die needlessless in foreign countries/wars! only heroes and patriots kills american soldiers! he deserves the congressional medal of honor

      • AB…

You might want to check what Dear Leader has done lately…eh?

Btw…Cheney was VP – not the CinC.

    • Amen Bluto. But he can still be a
huge asset to the conservative cause–
provided that he stays healthy enough
to keep fellow conservatives like us
      motivated and inspired. You’ll note
that I didn’t even mention the name
“republican” at all. I did so because
the mere mention of that name would spark
      everything from depression to rage.

Mr. Cheney could work behind the scenes
      to strengthen the conservative movement.
But in order for him to be effective, we
must stand behind him and his efforts
to remove Onumbnuts from the white
      house November 7th.

  3. Don’t know if I agree with Cheney and Hume, haven’t looked at the post yet, but I sure as hell agree with anybody that gets Special Ed’s drawers in a bunch.

Gotta love Cheney and Sarah, when the barking moonbats get in a fever pitch over them, it just warms my heart.

  4. Here’s what Marie Osmond had to say…

    Ya gotta love it!

  5. The dems are making a huge thing about this today too ~

    …and here’s some more hypocrisy.

  6. Anyone who would curse out the good senator from Vermont on the Senate floor has my vote. One of my many frustrations with Bush,, is they let liberal dems get away the most outrageous slander. Bush should take a page from Cheney’s play book, and fight back. (Not holding my breath.) For almost four years Obama, and his fellow travelers, have bashed capitalism and his eight years in office. I am glad FINALLY someone from the last administration is fighting back.

  7. Bigtimer.

Is it just my computer, or does anyone else have a large white window covering the start of this story? I ran into this only on your posts Bigtimer, this past week. I have to suspect my very ill hard drive.

    • Wow Lucky…

I don’t know if anyone else has that…I sure as heck hope not. ~

I’m wondering if everyone can get in here as well, slow as heck today, hoping it’s just because of the server changes.

Anyone else having the probs Lucky is talking about?

      • Big,
Have been out of pocket and probably will be for a while. We have a new “baby” in the house– a 7 week old black Labrador Retriever— and the little fella is taking up a lot of my time. 🙂

I haven’t had any problems that Lucky is talking about.

And I LOVE me some Dick Cheney. He is THE MAN! Honestly, I wish he could’ve been President. I have a tremendous amount of respect for him and he is absolutely correct in his assessment of Obummer.

        • Hey Vixen…

Your post made me smile with the news of your ‘new addition’…I know how that goes. (that’s why I’m smiling)

As to Cheney and your sentiments…I’m with ya gal.

Pop in when you can…miss ya when you’re not here. 😉

          • Thank you, Big! Glad you understand. We haven’t had a dog since our beloved Golden Retriever died in Dec. 2004. So, it’s been a while since we’ve had a puppy. He’s a beauty– intelligent, fine sire and dam, and a real joy after being dogless for so long. Another bit of news… our son just accepted entry into the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Tennessee. Lots of celebrating here!
Will check in when I can, and thanks for your patriotism, Big. Much appreciated!

          • Well heck Vixen, I’m so happy for you and yours all the way around.

…and right back atcha when it comes to ‘patriotism’ 😉

Stay in touch when ya can, I truly miss your much needed input here. ~

Give the pup a hug from our home to yours.

          • Will do, Big! Beau loves every hug he gets and we’re only too happy to pass along more of ’em!
Thank you so much for your kind words. It’s been a big couple weeks at our house. 🙂

          • I’m an animal lover deluxe…love them more than humans that majority of the time if you know what I mean…have since I can remember, and that’s been a long time. Have two dogs and two cats at this time in my life…plus other daily wildlife we see here, feed birds and squirrels…it’s been a blast. Deer are here daily as well.

Of course heartache comes with all in the long run when you lose them…but, life goes on.

          • I hear ya. We’re uber dog lovers at my house, but have given serious thought as of late to getting a working cat– voles destroyed a lot of my perennials over the winter and I’m on the warpath! Hopefully, Beau will be a deterrent to them. I live in a large city, but I’ve had coyotes, foxes, raccoons, chipmunks, turkeys, deer, bobcats, Cooper’s hawks, snakes, possums, groundhogs, and of course, squirrels in my yard– I kid you not! Have also had bluebird boxes in my yard for years, initially due to my son’s interest. We currently have a box full of new bluebird babies! Glorious! 🙂
And I hear ya about the heartache when a family pet passes on. I still get misty thinking about my deceased dogs.
Big, I swear we must be related….. 🙂

          • Vixen…

It wouldn’t surprise me in the least if we weren’t blood sisters in one way or the other. ~ It’s all good. 😉

    • Lucky…you say this is only happening on my posts and no one else’s, how far back in your memory has this been happening to you with my posts if you can recall…

      Thanks ~

      • A day or two before the last time this page went down for maintenance. Last Thursday or Friday. Everything loads fine, then the window pops up. Strange. I have a patched hard drive that a top tech(long time close friend) in the field fixed. I have very good security now, and this would be the first glitch after the fix. Why me? Barry and Eric hate me, that’s why.

I don’t get any time to edit my replies today. Is this glitch number two?

        • The top center area of the page has the window covered on AWD’s Chuck Woolery story. So big, you are not the only one. My investigation was hurried, not corrupted like the DOJ’s.

          • Thanks so much for the reply Lucky, this is what I need to tell AWD, he needs to know so he can let his techie know and get ‘er fixed.

I’ll guide him to this thread if he doesn’t know, because you both are explaining it better than I could.

            Much appreciated. ~

    • Lucky, yes, I have the same,…I wondered if it was some kind of glitch from the changeover……Irritating for sure!

      • tazz and lucky…

Well, you guys must not be alone, if AWD doesn’t see this, I’ll have to let him know later this evening. (weird for sure)

Btw tazz…is it only my blog posts this is doing to you too? No one else?

      • tazz and Lucky…

Hope you see this later. I talked to AWD, he’s wondering if it may be your browsers or something like that. Says he’ll look into it…that’s all I know for now. ~

Maybe it’s best you let him know if this keeps happening for you guys.

  8. Swamp Music says:

This is a very interesting question. This will take some time to ponder.

Hmmm… I don’t think the query can be answered with a simple yes or no.

  9. Just read about this…thought I’d throw this in the mix as well. ~

Adding this in the mix as well…even though it’s hours later. Too much fun to ignore. ~

  10. Speaking of leftist-loons like Special Ed above in post…did anyone else catch this tonight?

And guess who he blamed it on…Hannity of course!

Typical leftist…nothing is ever there fault, zilch for responsibility when it comes to them, always someone elses fault dontcha know.

(Had to put it here, watched it live. ~ )

  11. Here’s Cain’s two-cents on the guy he supported ~

  12. I would much rather have Cheney as president than the guy that lost to the guy that lost to Obama! I think between Obama and Romney there is little difference, but I will vote for anyone that goes against the black muslim racist socialist current POTUS we have now.

  13. REV Wright says:

Moooochelle: “Gosta gets da million dollar vacation cause eyes bees da queen of da Democrats.”

    “Somebody ELSE gosta pay!”

“Don’t you bees axing any questions bout my 400 K a year no show affirmative axtion “community outreach” job in an inner city NON PROFIT hospital where I made twice as much as the doctors!”

  14. Why are leftist-loons like Sawyer ‘Stuck on Stupid?’ They think people out in the real world are worried about a trip the Romney family took 20 some years ago with their family dog is some kind of a serious major issue…it’s beyond sanity of any kind the way their silly little one-celled brain works.

Oops..forgot to insert the link ~

  15. Saw this segment this morning…just thought I’d share it here.

  16. I don’t really like Old Deadeye. He overreacted to 9/11 and drove W into two stupid wars, which gave us Obama bin Barack. He’s not a political asset for us. Most Americans now oppose both wars. Let’s let the past be the past. He’s distractive. What we’ve gotta do now is figure out a way to make the Mittster into a compelling political leader.

  17. Vicio Malo says:

Dick Cheney is a survivor. His record speaks for itself. When you look at vice presidents over time,my lifetime has seen Richard Nixon under Eisnehower LBY etc. etc. and Now we have Joe Biden…I need my weenie waxed can I get an appointment Joe? Obummer and this joke need to go.

    • That they do…big time!

People are furious in the real world…it will show come Nov. 6th.

‘Hit the Road Jack’ comes to mind.

  18. This is an example of just why Dear Leader won’t be reelected ~

  19. Vicio Malo says:

The world looks to the U.S. and we have these 2 clowns running the show. I am embarressed daily by the way this country is headed. I won’t live to see the “retaking” of America. Rest assured it is coming. To think that a queer muslim and a posse of libtards can turn over this great country of ours is ridiculous. YA CAN’T BUY AMMUNITION WITH FOOD STAMPS. Keep your love light on…because when they wake up the Klan the NBP and any other negro based non-organization the tears will flow. Thank God white people are caretakers of the sub-species…to wipe them from the map would be an easy task. In the name of diversity I think it is important to keep black people around. We can study their dumb a$$e$ and make sure we don’t go down that road.

  20. Conrad plays it safe for Dear Leader and of course Dirty Harry Reid…

Anyone shocked? ~ We haven’t had a dem budget offered in the Senate for going on three years now?

    Unbelievable…and unheard of!

Don’t think the GOP isn’t going to run on this too…as they should!

Btw…in case some of you may not know…Conrad isn’t running again, another Dem bites the dust, a seat I’m hoping we pick up come Nov.

  21. One more item I just read that’s really important…

I hope a few of you check it out…it is important, glad to see the fight back about this, been wondering if the repubs were going to do anything about this illegal maneuver Dear Leader made with this so-called recess appts.
