Dudes and Dudettes, I don’t know how many of you caught Mitt Romney’s speech last night in New Hampshire…if you did or didn’t catch it I’m going to post it below along with the transcript. Tell us what you think about this thru your ‘Viewfinder in Life.’

By the way, the transcript is fine, but watching the video speaks volumes.

This is via FN:

Mitt Romney delivered his speech Tuesday night from Manchester, New Hampshire. Below is the transcript of the full speech:

Thank you Pennsylvania, Delaware, Rhode Island, Connecticut and New York! And tonight I can say thank you, America. After 43 primaries and caucuses, many long days and more than a few long nights, I can say with confidence – and gratitude – that you have given me a great honor and solemn responsibility. And, together, we will win on November 6th!

We launched this campaign not far from here on a beautiful June day. It has been an extraordinary journey.

Americans have always been eternal optimists. But over the last three and a half years, we have seen hopes and dreams diminished by false promises and weak leadership. Everywhere I go, Americans are tired of being tired, and many of those who are fortunate enough to have a job are working harder for less.

For every single mom who feels heartbroken when she has to explain to her kids that she needs to take a second job … for grandparents who can’t afford the gas to visit their grandchildren … for the mom and dad who never thought they’d be on food stamps … for the small business owner desperately cutting back just to keep the doors open one more month – to all of the thousands of good and decent Americans I’ve met who want nothing more than a better chance, a fighting chance, to all of you, I have a simple message: Hold on a little longer. A better America begins tonight.

Tonight is the start of a new campaign to unite every American who knows in their heart that we can do better! The last few years have been the best that Barack Obama can do, but it’s not the best America can do!

Tonight is the beginning of the end of the disappointments of the Obama years and the start of a new and better chapter that we will write together.

This has already been a long campaign, but many Americans are just now beginning to focus on the choice before the country. In the days ahead, I look forward to spending time with many of you personally. I want to hear what’s on your mind, hear about your concerns, and learn about your families. I want to know what you think we can do to make this country better…and what you expect from your next President.

And I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. I’ll probably start out talking about my wonderful wife Ann – I usually do – and I’ll probably bore you with stories about our kids and grandkids. I’ll tell you about how much I love this country, where someone like my dad, who grew up poor and never graduated from college, could pursue his dreams and work his way up to running a great car company. Only in America could a man like my dad become governor of the state in which he once sold paint from the trunk of his car.

I’d say that you might have heard that I was successful in business. And that rumor is true. But you might not have heard that I became successful by helping start a business that grew from 10 people to hundreds of people. You might not have heard that our business helped start other businesses, like Staples and Sports Authority and a new steel mill and a learning center called Bright Horizons. And I’d tell you that not every business made it and there were good days and bad days, but every day was a lesson. And after 25 years, I know how to lead us out of this stagnant Obama economy and into a job-creating recovery!

Four years ago Barack Obama dazzled us in front of Greek columns with sweeping promises of hope and change. But after we came down to earth, after the celebration and parades, what do we have to show for three and a half years of President Obama?

Is it easier to make ends meet? Is it easier to sell your home or buy a new one? Have you saved what you needed for retirement? Are you making more in your job? Do you have a better chance to get a better job? Do you pay less at the pump?

If the answer were “yes” to those questions, then President Obama would be running for re-election based on his achievements…and rightly so. But because he has failed, he will run a campaign of diversions, distractions, and distortions. That kind of campaign may have worked at another place and in a different time. But not here and not now. It’s still about the economy …and we’re not stupid.

People are hurting in America. And we know that something is wrong, terribly wrong with the direction of the country.

We know that this election is about the kind of America we will live in and the kind of America we will leave to future generations. When it comes to the character of America, President Obama and I have very different visions.

Government is at the center of his vision. It dispenses the benefits, borrows what it cannot take, and consumes a greater and greater share of the economy. With Obamacare fully installed, government will come to control half the economy, and we will have effectively ceased to be a free enterprise society.

This President is putting us on a path where our lives will be ruled by bureaucrats and boards, commissions and czars. He’s asking us to accept that Washington knows best – and can provide all.

We’ve already seen where this path leads. It erodes freedom. It deadens the entrepreneurial spirit. And it hurts the very people it’s supposed to help. Those who promise to spread the wealth around only ever succeed in spreading poverty. Other nations have chosen that path. It leads to chronic high unemployment, crushing debt, and stagnant wages.

I have a very different vision for America, and of our future. It is an America driven by freedom, where free people, pursuing happiness in their own unique ways, create free enterprises that employ more and more Americans. Because there are so many enterprises that are succeeding, the competition for hard-working, educated and skilled employees is intense, and so wages and salaries rise.

I see an America with a growing middle class, with rising standards of living. I see children even more successful than their parents – some successful even beyond their wildest dreams – and others congratulating them for their achievement, not attacking them for it.

This America is fundamentally fair. We will stop the unfairness of urban children being denied access to the good schools of their choice; we will stop the unfairness of politicians giving taxpayer money to their friends’ businesses; we will stop the unfairness of requiring union workers to contribute to politicians not of their choosing; we will stop the unfairness of government workers getting better pay and benefits than the taxpayers they serve; and we will stop the unfairness of one generation passing larger and larger debts on to the next.

In the America I see, character and choices matter. And education, hard work, and living within our means are valued and rewarded. And poverty will be defeated, not with a government check, but with respect and achievement that is taught by parents, learned in school, and practiced in the workplace.

This is the America that was won for us by the nation’s Founders, and earned for us by the Greatest Generation. It is the America that has produced the most innovative, most productive, and the most powerful economy in the world.

As I look around at the millions of Americans without work, the graduates who can’t get a job, the soldiers who return home to an unemployment line, it breaks my heart. This does not have to be. It is the result of failed leadership and of a faulty vision. We will restore the promise of America only if we restore the principles of freedom and opportunity that made America the greatest nation on earth.

Today, the hill before us is a little steep but we have always been a nation of big steppers. Many Americans have given up on this President but they haven’t ever thought about giving up. Not on themselves. Not on each other. And not on America.

In the days ahead, join me in the next step toward that destination of November 6th, when across America we can give a sigh of relief and know that the Promise of America has been kept. The dreamers can dream a little bigger, the help wanted signs can be dusted off, and we can start again.

And this time we’ll get it right. We’ll stop the days of apologizing for success at home and never again apologize for America abroad.

There was a time – not so long ago – when each of us could walk a little taller and stand a little straighter because we had a gift that no one else in the world shared. We were Americans. That meant something different to each of us but it meant something special to all of us. We knew it without question. And so did the world.

Those days are coming back. That’s our destiny.

We believe in America. We believe in ourselves. Our greatest days are still ahead. We are, after all, Americans!

God bless you, and God bless the United States of America.

Personally, after I heard this speech…I just knew the leftist-loons from the WH on down have to be cowering in fear… as they should be. The talking-heads are already doing the spin for their messiah…they can spin all they want, methinks it isn’t going to help one little iota. I think we’re going to win in a landslide…but that’s just me.

The difference between Dear Leader and his divisive rhetoric compared to what Mitt Romney delivered last night is like night and day!

As a side-note: Here’s an interesting piece from AT.

  1. I thought this one of Romney’s best speeches yet….

Looking forward to the up and coming fight between Romney and Obongo.
Hope the entire GOP gets involved and weighs in on pummeling this piece of sh!t.

Notice the crowd behind Romney….working adults

Notice the crowd behind Obongo when he speaks….dumbass college kiddies eating skittles

  2. No question about it, he did a great job, to the point, brief and accurate. I hope he keeps it up and the others such as Gingrich, Santorum get behind him and beat the incredibly stupid demorats.

Marco Rubio we much! He would be a great VP and future President.

  3. Here’s some fun with Crazy Uncle Joe…

No it won’t…but he can hope.

  4. Been waiting for Romney to start looking Presidential.
This was a defining moment, looks like he has the right stuff to
go after OBO. Hope he picks the right running mate
to knock those bozos out. Good luck Mitt.

  5. He needs to attack Onumbnuts where it hurts–his eligibilty to be
President. There’s enough material in publications like WND, and
The Drudge Report for him to put together a campaign bomb that
would all but insure the distruction of his chances to be re-elected
    as President.

Maybe he could use the video we saw in the fact or fiction post
that I saw here sometime last week. Or maybe he could get the
white and hispanic vote by using the race card to paint the Democrat
party the racist hatemongers they really are.

Last night was a pretty good start, but Mittens needs to crank up the
    rhetoric you know Obummer will.

  6. If the Master of Disaster keeps doing things like this…he’ll be dust in the wind come Nov.

    • Boy what a freak show IE. taxpayer paid campaign stunt.Plus Jimmie Fallon has got to be one of the least talented person there ever was.

    • This “appearance” is so Obama. It really is. Talk about (natural selection) no dignity, not even a vague clue of same on parade.

Wait. This is all a terrible dream we’ve been experiencing over the past three – four years. We’re all in REM mode, the Westclox Big Ben Moonbeam’s little hand is on four and the milkman is still a few blocks away……… Surely this can’t be happening. No legitimate president would ever be capable of such a thing………..

  7. I liked what he said, but he now has to choose his running mate, the vice-president candidate.
    And the sooner the better!

Two voices damning Obummer is better than one.

    • I just hope Romney doesn’t make the mistake of choosing Rubio for VP as that would take us down the same unconstitutional “natural born citizen” rabbit hole that Obama has taken us!

Rubio is NOT a “natural born” citizen.

      • tazz…

I don’t think he’s going to pick Rubio. It’s more of the msm doing that 24/7 spin in my humble opinion…they can’t help themselves.

Although I have seen seen political talking heads suggest the same, still…I just don’t think it will be. I think it will be somebody that has much more experience and would know what to do if something happened to Romney.

Jim DeMint comes to mind for me. ~

        • DeMint would be a great choice,…I wonder if he would accept?

          • I bet he would since I think he term limited himself…he’s said he is done in ’16 setting an example for term limits etc.

Sen. Coburn from Oklahoma is another one…he’s leaving after Jan.

            Just some thoughts. ~

          • I like Tom Tancredo, especially after he suggested we bomb mecca in return for the twin tower hits.

  8. Spurwing Plover says:

Out of the park for a bases loaded home run

  9. Since it didn’t sound so good for the O-Team regarding OCare via SCOTUS, this sure as heck isn’t either!

    Strike Two comes to mind…

Wait until Voter ID reaches SCOTUS…wanna bet it’ll be Strike Three – You’re Out!

    • BT, I certainly hope so!
It’s high time the Supremes got off their a$$es and started knocking down those outrageous lawsuits, mandates and Xo’s coming from Maobami and Holder!…….IOW,..do their jobs!

  10. Does this mean I can stop playing the YES WE CAN (mantra – propaganda) video repeatedly in the belief (read:ignorance) that Malcolm X’s illegitimate love child – THE ONE – (officially referred to as “Obama”) cannot part the seas, pay all my bills, change water into Colt 45 (but he sure makes great jenkem), cure all disease and dance better than Fred Astaire?

And he never got me a private audience with Oprah…… Jerk. :-(

  11. I’ve heard that Rubio isn’t interested anyway. Maybe he should talk to
his former rivals Gingrich or Santorum. Heard sometbing about Chris
Christie, but I’m not sure he’s interested either. We all know that Rubio
is indeed a legitimate US citizen. And if I understand our constitution
correctly, only a presidential candidate must be an American citizen.
Whoever it is, let’s stand behind him and win big in November.

    • Ken, Gingrich or Santorum would be a clever move and the “RATs” would have a fit.
No matter who Romney picks for VP, I think he would greatly benefit by giving important cabinet posts to Gingrich and Santorum,…heh, and perhaps “Treasury Sec” to Ron Paul, ha!

    • I would pray Romney isn’t stupid enough to pick Christie.

      • BT, heehee, I’ll agree with you “thar”!

      • Also, me thinks Christie is waaaay too chummy with illegal aliens and camel jockeys,…that dog doesn’t hunt for me!

      • Many rumors that Condy Rice is in the running…could do worse.

        • I hope not…one of the main reasons for me is she’s pro-abortion rights.

Btw…I heard her on some show last week I think it was, stating no way now how is she interested…period. Type of thing.

Too lazy to look it up. ~ The msm, especially the left has been whipping that name up.

Pro-Choice ain’t gonna fly for a Romney run.

          • You could be right but so was Romney at one point. And lets not forget Romneycare. Romney is probably the weakest candidate (even more than McCain) the Republicans have put up in some time…and certainly not my first choice.

With that said, I think this is going to be one of those times where the VP choice does make a difference and a woman would be a good choice considering the hyped up war on women the dems allege. Woman of color even better. There are others, i.e. Nikki Haley but he’d be wise to chose a woman.

          • Well Rooster, we disagree about the weakest candidate including McRINO, I will never agree with that. 😉

As to we need a woman…why would that be? I, as a woman tire of hearing that mantra…but if there were a pick, it would be Bachmann for me.

I don’t care all that much for Haley…don’t dislike her totally, just don’t care for her.

He needs to pick someone who could seriously step in and take over the WH and run this country knowing what they’re doing…not because it’s someone from a certain segment of society. Meaning race or gender.

            Just my two cents. ~

          • Our opinions are not that far off…Bachman would be my first choice if woman chosen (close second is Palin) and I fully agree that VP should be chosen based on ability to take over.

But have to face facts…we’re up against a snake oil salesman that will play to the inability of the minions to think rationally. With the so called war on women, etc. it may be more important to minimize some of Barry’s ammunition to realize the ultimate goal of anyone but Obama.

          • Maybe…maybe not.

Reason I’m saying this is because good ol’ Barry has done run out of ammunition. – He’s only got the msm holding him up

After-all…his own mouth is doing him in 24/7…I hope he keeps opening that yapper of his and continues to stick his feet in it too…one day at a time.

            Too much fun!

    • ken…

As far as Gingrich goes I don’t think so..not after all he said about Bain and his attacks on capitalism…that dog won’t hunt. (although I have heard it rumored that Romney may help Newt pay of his campaign debt which is something like 4 million. Heck, why doesn’t Newt just get it from Adleson…the guy that financed him to the tune of 21 million last I heard.

Santorum may be a different story.

Time will tell…bet we won’t know for a while though.

    • Legally, Rubio is ineligible for either the pres or veep spot. To be sure, he’s a native born citizen, but not a natural born citizen, big difference and therefore ineligible in the face of the requirements as outlined in Article II, Section I which tragically most Americans do not care about, even conservative. And yes, “The One” is in violation of same but with that lying, hate-filled pos, we’ve crossed the Rubicon and there’s no turning back outside of voting him out. He WILL be voted out, ACORN notwithstanding, right……..?

Rubio’s parents were Cuban nationals (legal aliens) at and for nearly five years following his birth in Miami, 1971. The “natural born citizen” clause comes from Emmerich de Vattel, the renowned Swiss jurist, writer, philosopher whose heavily read and referenced “Law of Nations” was constantly in the hands of the framers of the Articles of the Confederation, The U.S. Constitution and amid several of de Vattel’s definitions, the framers incorporated the “natural born citizen” clause which defines (by de Vattel) same – a NBC – as one whose parents (PLURAL, not singular) are BOTH citizens of the country unto which the individual is born.

As citizen, Rubio fully satisfies the 14th Amendment, but not Article II, Section I.

      • I thought Article II section I was abolished?

      • Wow, shows how little I know! I thought Rubio would be a natural born citizen no problem at all but I think DJ is right on the money. That is disappointing to me. I feel like Rubio could swing the hispanic vote in Florida to Romney which we all know will be one of the key states. But then, there are one hell of a lot of seniors in Florida that vote and hopefully they understand what is coming their way if Obama gets re-elected.

I am retired military and last year in July Obongo stated he would not “reduce the deficit on the backs of our retired military”. On July 31st he did just that. When I joined the Coast Guard in 1956 I was told that if I stayed for at at least 20 years and retired form active duty then when I reached 65 I would have Tricare-For-Life thus reducing my medical costs substantially.

He and his morons have now gone back on his promise of last year and has instituted a “fee” for all of us beginning this year and many retired military organizations tell us that will triple in two years. There is substantial numbers of retired military in Florida (I’m not in Florida), hopefully they will also beat up on Obama in November. Some of the other important States such as South Carolina and Virginia also have a lot of retired military and also they may wipe him and the idiots out of office.

        • John..

I don’t know if he’s legal or not. I’m not that sophisticated on all that some have written.

But what you did state about Dear Leader reducing the deficit on the backs of our retired military I do know about…yet we hear nada in the msm about this. We’d better start hearing about it on the campaign trail.

Eternal gratitude for your service from our home to yours. ~

          • BT

Thanks. I love this site. It helps me get more steamed up to get him outta there.

          • Ditto that John.

Sure like your input as well.

AS to being all steamed up…we are and will be until we get rid of this gang of marxist thugs that rule us.

        • Thanks for the nod. Not specifically to yourself John, but to anyone……… The like it or not fact about a “natural born citizen” is as I stated. It honestly is. I really go into re-burn when people dismiss same. That the Republicans might do same really makes me turn white. Let Rubio campaign and swing Florida as best he can. He’s liked overall and I don’t see Florida going the route of Fidel II.

          Moving on……..

Veterans or soon-to-be veterans in concert with concerned non-profit or outside associations such as the VFW need to get this message out. Repeatedly. But I’d wait until September. Timing is crucial as ever. Then turn on the hoses full blast and expose this for all its worth, INCLUSIVE of the Senate Armed Services Committee, headed up by Carl Levin and his majority number of committee member democrats who numerically rule. One should not overlook the VA, inclusive of scut boy Erik Sinseki who breaks my heart every time I think about him. He, above all, should never have turned given his august background. But he unbelievably did.

Many veterans admittedly are suffering and that Levin and Company along with Malcolm X’s bastard love child have so reprehensibly shit on veterans (I’m one), critically those in need (I’m not in the least one) all the while spending large, living large is beyond criminal and again needs to be exposed. Only the most bereft of humanity individual or goosestepping apologist of which there tragically are a good number will not be impacted by this expose’ for not just the sake and critical importance – seminal moment of the general election, but, as well, that of any and all members of Congress – especially those within the Democrat controlled Senate who are in line for re-election of which you have effectively 23 Democrats seats up for grabs. This is nearly equal to that of the Fresh Prince of Bill Ayers toilet, I mean seat.

      • DJ, you hit it right on the head and soooo many people don’t realize that!

There is good reason the founders wrote it that way,…to prevent the possible conflict of loyalty to foreign nations.

        • I need to pop about 80mg of Phenobarbital whenever someone refutes what you and I both know about the meaning of a natural born citizen.

Case in point……… I was on the horn with the Miami RNC/GOP and THEY claimed in so many words that it DID NOT APPLY. Unreal.

  12. And this is what the dems count on and we all know it. ~

  13. patthemick says:

Well hitting it out of the park? I think not. It’s not difficult to cheer for America but what did he say of substance? He is supported by the elites of the Republican party and financially backed by Goldman Sachs as is Obama so do you really expect him to check on the banks?
He sponsored Romneycare which became Obama care so do you expect anything but minor tweaks to it. Of course you know Ron Paul is still running although all the forces of the media and party are aligned against him he still pulls 20% of the vote and if he chooses to run third party could rain on Mitts coronation. I think the base will sit home and watch Mitt lose.

    • ptm…

Well, why doesn’t he go ahead and run third party then?

Btw…Paul was on plenty of networks during the campaign…I’m a political junkie, I saw them. Face it…he didn’t win any state in the primaries…at some point you’ve got to quit blaming others for that.

  14. I wouldn’t say Romney hit it out of the park, but he hit at least a double and he’s going to be at bat a few more times.

  15. He just stated the obvious.

  16. Missourian says:

Can’t wait for the elegant Mr. and Mrs. Romney to represent us around the world. I think they will help our country heal, or I hope so.

    • One thing we know…he won’t be bowing or apologizing & criticizing the USA to other world leaders…like Dear Leader and his side-kick get a kick out of doing every chance they get.

  17. Ya gotta love this…the libs are calling a spade a spade here.

Wonder of CNN or msDNC will do the same?

If you read this, seems Jay Carney wasn’t happy about this from the O-Lap Dogs either.

  18. Vicio Malo says:

I’m a born again idiot…I always vote a straight republican ticket. Thank God I cancel my libtard g/f vote no matter what. I’m doin’ my part…

  19. Vicio Malo says:

Once upon a time I voted for Timothy Leary. The American peace and freedom party. I only hope that I get to see a 3rd party in my lifetime THE AWD party would be nice maybe the AAG would be nice to. The Americans Against Ghetto…where those southern white boys put buckwheat in his place…they just visitors here…if this was disneyland we’d take their money and put ’em on the road…

    • Vicio…

What the hell office was Leary running for?

I thought you said you had a young gal friend who was a dem teacher….are you trying to tell me you both aged that much and she’s still teaching?

I don’t see how this fits the scenario here…just sayin’

  20. Enoch Powell says:

He says Obama failed, but he should say that Obama succeeded, because it’s been Obama’s goal to destroy everything good that’s left about the U.S. Obama has succeeded. Romney should have pointed that out by way of calling Obama the criminal, left-wing, parasite that he is. Obama’s “vision” has always been a brutal left-wing tyranny. Romney is already letting Obonzo off the hook.

Romney also seems to think that “urban children” (that is, low-IQ, third-world savages, that is, Blacks and Hispanice) should get government vouchers for private schools. If that happens the government will have that much more control over private schools and the “urban” children will ruin those schools too. Public schools are a horror show because of leftist teachers and administrators infesting them, but the greater problem is the “urban” students.

And of course Romney neglected to mention our most destructive and urgent problem: Immigration. Immigration from the third world is destroying the U.S. utterly. It needs to be stopped and then reversed using the most draconian methods necessary. But Romney partners with that third-world savage and traitor Rubio and is already making noises about amnesty and green cards for foreign college grads. What an imbecile. What a traitor. What a coward.

Romney is just another politically-correct, cowardly member of the official government elite. Nothing to get enthusiastic about here.

    • Until we get rid of the Dept of Education, parents should have a choice of where they send there kids instead of the commies telling them where they must go.

As to not being excited….hell yes, at this stage of the game I’m danged excited about getting rid of the most evil, destructive, corrupt, marxist administration that has ever set foot in DC…period!

      Vote WE Much!

      • Perhaps by now you and many others have hopefully seen this. If not………. Well, you’ll like it.

It needs to really get out.

“You cannot help the poor by destroying the rich.
You cannot strengthen the weak by weakening the strong.
You cannot bring about prosperity by discouraging thrift.
You cannot lift up the wage earner by pulling the wage payer down.
You cannot further the brotherhood of man by inciting class hatred.
You cannot build character and courage by taking away peoples initiative and independence.
You cannot help people permanently by doing for them, what they could and should do for themselves.”

        – Abraham Lincoln

        • Hey DJ…thanks. Will be taking a look at that link and passing on after I get a few things done for the evening.

          Looking forward to it. ~

        • DJ…

Just watched it…I had seen just a bit of it somewhere via TV…this is a keeper.

I’m so glad they included logging in this for this households own personal reasons. I have posted about that and mining etc in the past a lot.

          This was priceless…thank you.

    • Enoch, you state some very sobering facts there.

  21. Vicio Malo says:

Oh P.S. I wouldn’t let Jay Carney polish my knob. He is like having a spokesman with down syndrome speak for you…sorry as a spokesman he would give down syndrome a bad name. I pick crap like jay carney out of my boots like dog squeaze.

  22. i need help

  23. Sorry, that was a test to see if I could make a comment! Haven’t been able to say a word for 2 weeks, hope I figured it out.

    • Doris…

Wow…and wow. I’ve wondered about a few other regulars that used to be here too. What happened and what’s been the problem and AWD said something to me about the browser some use when they changed and upgraded the server.

I’m just curious gal…if and when you have the time.

      • BT, yeah, I haven’t noticed Swamp, Snake oiler, or Olds 442 in awhile.

        I hope they’re all ok.

        • I’ve seen all of them…they just aren’t posting as much now and then.

n2ln and Mark are a few …plus Doris is stating above she can’t get in here for two weeks, she’s still having problems tonight or she would have replied.

I’ve noticed problems with the site this evening…and it was down for hours yesterday too.

I’m mainly talking about some regulars that posted here all the time until the server change. – Sure hope it gets completely worked out so it’s compatible for all to use…however that works.

  24. It was a “grand slam” of a speech. Keep up the coverage, AWD. You’re doing important stuff.

  25. I don’t care what sort of speech Romney made, he is STILL the guy that lost to the guy that lost to Obama and I fear he will loose to Obama all by himself this time. He is wishy washy and a flip flop on so many topics and hasn’t taken a positive stance on anything that I can tell. He will say nothing bad about Obama or any other democrat and I doubt if he is elected he would make any changes in the fiasco the dems have brought on us. NO! I believe Civil War II is going to be the only way to bring our country back into line with our constitution and it will have to be done soon as it appears that the politicians (both sides) are using the document as toilet paper to wipe their butts and flush our country down the toilet.

  26. Dare I agree with Skip? I am a perpetual optimist, so I’ll still hold out hope for Romney–but let’s not forget the one truism of nearly every single politician out there: They’re piles of sh*t that speak so mellifluously you’d swear they’re a bed of roses. As always, actions will speak infinitely louder than words. Let’s see what he does–not says–about 1) immigration, and 2) the federal leviathan.

I’ll assume it’s going to be the same ol’, same ol…which is a recipe for saving measures of last resort, given the USA’s on life support.

  27. We’ve got to get this Administration out!
We’ll all end up like Ted Nugent!

Let me get this right: The Federal Government refuses to enforce the Arizona border and drugs and criminals are flooding the country and they take a self rightous stand that they are doing something “special”?

That border control is an absolute joke. Hundreds of thousands of illegals cross AT WILL. Meth FROM MEHICO is LITERALLY FLOOODING THE STREETS!

The U.S. Justice Department and the ATF got caught RED HANDED sending thousands of guns to narco terrorist Mexican drug cartels. This is a fact.

We want 10,000-15,000 Natioanl Guard Mr. Obama! We demand action now! This is sedition and treason as far as I’m concerned, and that’s one person’s opinion.

Supreme Court casts doubt on Obama’s immigration law claim

  28. why is it ok for willard the dog whisperer to read off of a tele-prompter and not ok for President Obama? willard is a fumbling stuttering fool when he’s not reading a prepared speech.

    ditto for rubio

  29. As per usual Meesh can’t debate the issues nor any “accomplishments” by the current incompetents. All he can do is whine since they do not have a single positive thing to stand on.

Keep it up Meesh we love seeing your mindlessness and childish comments.

    • Good Morning John…

Poor little meesh, reminds me of a mosquito that you just can’t quite get rid of…if ya know what I mean.

    • the above post was meant for you, john… its a LOOONG list of accomplishments by President Barrack Hussein Obama!

      • Wow! You mean a really looooooooooooooong list of bull excrement from an outfit like the Washington Monthly? Yep, gospel truth if ever there was any.
Where ya been douchebag? Been missin’ your douchebaginess! Well, good ‘ol Raymond’s been pitch hittin’ for ya though. Better watch out. I think he might be gunnin’ for your position- official douchebag!

        • meesh couldn’t hold a candle to Raymond…whatsoever.

For once I’m glad. ~ (don’t even know if you understand what I mean by that skull, hope so)..but that’s just me and it’s about closing time for this ol’ gal.

        • how you doin bonehead? hows the “boneheads for billionaires” campaign goin’ for ya?

dont be scared to actually read what President Obama has actually accomplished. although your red state gooberment reps have done a great job blocking anything that might benefit you. us blue staters are just gonna have to keep footing the bill for the bottom of the barrel red state so-called economies. blue states actually SUBSIDIZE red states!

  30. patthemick says:

My God are we all blinded by the media and elites. Haven’t we figured out yet they aren’t on our side? Ron Paul should keep running in the Republican party until it’s over. A third party run is a long shot at best. Why would this site support Romney as he has stated he support NDAA the indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, the Patriot act that allows police to write their own search warrants without a judge and the legal killing of American citizens at the decision of the President.
Do we get a cookie for supporting Romney if he wins or do we just trade one banker puppet for another? Ron Paul is firmly against Affirmative Action, birthright citizenship and free trade agreements.
Why should we cheerlead our own destruction?
Yeah Ron Paul might lose but it is far better to lose fighting nobly than to support a winner that will simply continue the destruction of our country to line the pockets of his masters and form a one world government. I’m just a little too Christian to support these ideas myself.

  31. patthemick says:

One last thing am I the only one here that noticed he essentially said nothing but hooray for America and Obamas a communist? The guy flip flops with the best and we are supposed to trust him more than Obama?

    • In answer to your question ptm…

Hell yes I trust him more than Dear Leader.

I cannot believe you’re so obsessed with Paul than it sounds like you’d rather vote for Obama than you would to get rid of the enemy within.

  32. Here’s some great fun with Crazy Uncle Joe ~

    • all the lemmings are falling in line with willard. how nice. supporting billionaires that brainwash you into thinking that one day you could be rich too! as clueless as a palin.

      • meesh…

This was about your Crazy Uncle Joe with the lampshade on his head…don’t ya think it’s high time you whispered in the ear of your other kin and tell them it’s time he go back to the attic…before it’s too late?

        • high time you get a life biggie… you’re like lawnmower man on this site.

          • You didn’t respond to the subject…as usual.

Typical dimwit twit that you are… the dem party must be proud as hell they raised another village idiot like you… did you get your Gold Star stamped to your forehead yet? If not, you better do the lib way you’ve been taught and start whining so you can be patted on the head and blessed by the other enemies within.

Oh yeah…before I forget, that’s lawnmower gal to you buddy!

        • did you make it past 5th grade biggie? do you not know what biden is referencing? the greatest republican president ever Teddy Roosevelt foreign policy was “Speak softly and carry a big stick” and was the leader in the PROGRESSIVE MOVEMENT. look it up.

          • Are you really that dense that you don’t get the joke and what a complete ass Biden made of himself…along with Dear Leader too.

I call that a great twofer’

  33. you mean the double-entendre? oh, i get it. its just that the right wing is so full of tight-asses, its so easy to get their panties in a bunch with a comment about a man’s ‘stick’. loosen up and maybe you’ll see the light.

    • Hey meesh….

The ‘liberal’ audience was cracking up laughing…he still doesn’t get it.

Dumb and Dumber ~ describes the VP & his boss.

      • only a back-woods, elementary school graduate would think that the President of the United States is dumb… i suppose he got through columbia and harvard on his good looks, right?

        • Well, the Larry Sinclair story comes to mind.

There is more than one way to get ahead in life.

        • Golly gee meesh…we’ll never really know how he made it thru those institutions now will we?

He refuses to release that information…I wonder why that would be?

Oh yeah…I forgot, I’m just some dumb redneck from the backwoods…how could I ever question the prezio of the USA via Kenya?
