Dudes and Dudettes…since I watched this yesterday I wanted to share this with you and see what you think of good ol’ Carlos Gutierrez, another RINO via my viewfinder in life. I also heard him on the Washington Journal earlier in the morning, he took calls from many…let me tell you, he had steam coming from my ears. Why in the world Romney would have him as an adviser is beyond me. As far as I’m concerned Romney made a horrible choice….but that’s just me. If people like this think what they’ve got planned in the future is going to bring one more vote to our side of the aisle…they’re smokin’ something funny! – People like Carlos are the problem…NOT the solution!

Here’s one report. – This is via Mediaite:

Candy Crowley took a look at the Latino vote on this week’s State of the Union. Noting how strongly the president performed among Hispanic voters, she observed how Mitt Romney‘s winning only 27 percent of the Latino vote is “worrisome” for the party and “close to hurtful” for Hispanic Republicans. Carlos Gutierrez, who led the Romney campaign’s Hispanic outreach, was invited to respond. And he wasn’t pleased.

Gutierrez noted that Republicans who believe in comprehensive immigration reform are creating a super PAC to tackle the issue. It’s “something that can have real influence on the outcome of elections,” he said.

Inevitably, Gutierrez was asked to respond to Romney’s “gifts” remark, wherein the former presidential hopeful asserted that the president won re-election due to the “gifts” he have to key demographic blocs. (Namely, minorities and young voters.)

“I was shocked,” he said. “I was shocked, and frankly I don’t think that’s why the Republicans lost the election…I think we lost the election because the far right of this party has taken the party to a place that it doesn’t belong. We are the party of growth, of prosperity, of tolerance.”

“You would admit, though, that your candidate said a lot of things seen as anti-Latino,” Crowley followed up. “You yourself said that they fear the Republican Party, and he was the head of it.”

“And that is true, and, you know, the unfortunate part and we were just talking about this, I don’t know if he understood that he was saying something that was insulting,” Gutierrez said. “The language, the attitude, the body language, that’s what Latinos watch.”

  1. Here’s another RINO, a two-bit losing player to-boot!

    http://www.theblaze.com/storie.....m-journal/

I get sick of talking heads like him…with friends like these, who needs enemies?!

This is just one more example of just why I’ve had it with the GOP…period.

    • English only indeed…plus, we cannot afford the illegals now, we sure as hell aren’t going to be able to in the future either…in more ways than one! – Infuriating!

  3. Republicians thought they lost bigtime in this election… wait until 2014. Lets flush this country down the drain as soon as possible, and then we’ll start over. Maybe dems can have one half of the country and those who still have work ethics and morals can have the other… wouldn’t be long and the moochers would be begging to come across to our side.

I’m looking for a new party… anyone starting one???

The Republican Party is NOT a conservative party anymore. It’s what I call Democrat Lite. All truly conservative politicians need to get out and form a real conservative party. It’s going to take time but look at all the time we’ve wasted on the Republican Party lately.

Did you ever stop to think that Democrat strategy might include a take-over of the Republican Party from within. Afterall, it’s a tactic the left uses in everything else.

    • The American Constitution Party suits me just fine…I’m going to follow it closely the next few years. – In case you missed it, you can read their platform a few blog posts down on this site…if you’re interested.

      • BT…

Thanks for posting (Am Const Party) the other day… I’ve already emailed them with some of my thoughts and will be taking a hard look at them also. I now have no voter allegiance to anyone at this point.

        • Howdy Paul…

I’m with you and your same sentiments…as you know by now. I’ve had my fill, too many years of the same ol’ BS from the GOP…they are not going to change…period. – We have to start somewhere…and the ACP looks like a good start for me so far…time will tell.

Btw…I was glad to see so many good responses on that thread from others, nice to know we’re not alone. 😉

  7. Revolution, that’s the only thing the bastards would understand.
Republicans are our enemies too, just like Buchanan said, “republicans are the right wing of the same bird of prey as the demonRATs”!

    • Never thought I would say it tazz, but I’m looking for a new party after voting Rep for some thirty-four years. What I’m actually looking for is a few good people with a backbone… Trey Gowdy is about the only Rep left who is willing to stand up and fight instead of wringing his hands over bipartisanship.

      (0)
      • I love Trey Gowdy…posted about him awhile back, he fears nothing, minced no words whatsoever! – We need more like him.

  9. geesh.. is everyone cashing in their race cards in DC?

Why are non whites always so focused on race and why are they given a pass on it when they CLAIM they want a color blind society?

Any Republican caught suggesting that we should pander to a voting block by race should have their crap packed and forced to hang their heads as they walk the walk of shame to the other side of the aisle where they belong… I hate dems posing as repubs aka RINO’s

    Okay.. repeat after me folks

    ITS OKAY TO BE WHITE
    ITS OKAY TO BE WHITE
    ITS OKAY TO BE WHITE

    (again)

    ITS OKAY TO BE WHITE

    • Vince…

Lol…I’d repeat if I didn’t already know it. – Too bad the majority of spineless repubs didn’t know it, repeated it over and over…and grew a pair, instead of living in fear of their own shadows.

  10. The problem with the GOP is they don’t have an answer for Obama. Yes he is a tool, but they don’t have a Reagan to take him down. If and when they find one, they will survive, but rest assured they won’t find one in the near future. In the meantime, economics will always prevail, and the economy is not getting better anytime soon, regardless of the MSN nonsense and even here in Nevada, they are celebrating a 11.3 unemployment rate, down from 11.5%. The idiots so want it to be that spending a trillion dollars to boost the economy worked, it didn’t. It didn’t with The New Deal, with Jimmy Carter etc. It does not work. Clinton moved to the center and cut welfare to the bone, the economy soared. Libs don’t want to talk about that. Mark my words, 6 months into Bozo’s second term, and the economy will hit a massive recession. Then what, oh that’s right its Bush’s fault.

    (0)
    • DR…

Lol….recession heck, we’re already in that and have been for quite awhile …what we’re going into next, and we will…is a major DEPRESSION! – Be forewarned, be wary, be spooked…and be self-sufficient.

  11. Republicans are a bunch of fools. While they were bashing illegals, I saw illegal young adult Hispanics going door to door, all the way back in September 2011, to get data and votes for Obama. The GOP is really slow and sleeping at wheel!

    (0)
    • Fern…

Which republicans are bashing illegals…haven’t heard that yet. – Please clue me in.

      (0)
      • What Fern means by saying that we are bashing illegals is; that we dare to say that they are here illegally and have committed a crime by entering our country without documentation.. typical libtarded mantra.. if you say the truth its racist or anti-something

        (0)
        • Thanks Vince…sometimes I guess I’m just burnt-out when reading some things after the last election. It happens. ~

          (0)
      • I am just saying that while the GOP didn’t want anything to do with illegals, the DEMS or LIBS who used them to do the “leg work” and go door to door asking people to go out and vote. I don’t have solid proof, but this is what I saw when they went through our neighborhood. I did recognize the people and I know they don’t have “papers” and were in need of a job. Some were even college kids looking for the Dream Act. Maybe that explains the 70% Hispanic vote towards Obama.

        (0)
        • Hey thanks Fern…appreciate your reply, as well as your information from the ground. – Thank you for all you did and do for this country trying to help make a difference.

Hope you and yours have a great Thanksgiving. ~

  12. We had 8 years of that traitor Bush where we could have done something, and now we have that prozac popping swine John Boehner caving in.
90% of all legal immigrants are non white and this President fully plans on breeding us out with massive illegal immigration -just to top it off!

Americanos had their chance. The demographic tidal wave guarantees national suicide. Why would we do that?

  13. It’s stupid ass jack-offs like Gutierrez that play right into the hands of the Democrat far left Alinsky-ites……..Gutierrez is showing us he is just as dumb as as the rest of the RINO’s in the GOP……..He is falling for the Alinsky-ite tactic of besmirch your opponent by calling him/her a racist…….

So and so is using dog whistle terms that are racist……..if you don’t agree with us far left-wing radicals then you are a racists……. anything you say no matter what is showing your racism……how dare you even question us…you must be a racist……by the very act of questioning us your a racist…….

The RINO Gutierrez is falling for this tactic of “”going along to get along”” to try and garner votes…….meaning, we have to kiss everyone’s ass in order to get along, in order to get votes……this is a recipe for disaster……..

We need to get mean…..real mean….and go after these RINOs and get rid of them…..drum these sons-a-bitches out of the GOP any way we can.

There should be no room in the GOP for “moderates”……..

    (0)
    • …but Bluto….that’s not what the GOP thinks as a whole, they keep repeating we are a party with the ‘Big Tent’…moderates more than welcome.

Check out the link in my post below…Jeb Bush Jr. is proof of that.

      (our posts intersected.) 😉

      (0)
      • that’s all we need is another moderate piece-of-crap……

        (0)
        • Just another reason I’ve had my fill of the GOP…you can be sure there will be more like Jeb Jr. to come…and forced down our throats. – Not me…not anymore.

          (0)
          • I understand……..to be honest Big….I don’t know what to do….

I know a third party will not solve the country’s problems and keep the country from heading down the road to Socialism…….

My thoughts have been….well, maybe we should allow the country to descend into anarchy and pick up the pieces after the fall out….

I just don’t know how to solve this problem of left wing radicals running the country

            (0)
          • how do you solve a problem of people voting fake Indians into high level office….or a drunken bar room brawler in Alan West’s district……I think we lost the country…….

            (0)
          • Good points all Bluto….I’ve been chewing on the same issues over time.

This last election made me sicker than sick…still am down about it all…don’t think anything much is going to change in my lifetime…the more things change, the more they stay the same.

In this case…hope springs eternal is a lost cause.

Btw…made me sick what they did to West, I’ve followed that all since election day.

            (0)
          • Bluto,

Can’t solve it!!! Just set back and let America crash… and it will crash under this or similar administrations. Not enough money to hand out to the stupid people whose vote can be purchased with a cell phone. Even though I will be caught up in the misery, I look forward to watching the moochers fall in the streets… no more government to wipe their asses.

        • Kris Kobach, currently Kansas Secretary of State, has been a key player in the battle against the illegal invasion in several states. In today’s America, that makes him a target, so a group of illegal alien agitators marched to confront Kobach in the Kansas capital of Topeka. According to the AP,

About 50 college students who are in the U.S. illegally marched Tuesday on Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach’s office urging him to stop working on immigration laws and to do his state job.

          (0)
          • My question is why in the heck don’t we arrest those we know that are illegal on the spot when we know they are there…especially when they have a speaking spot? We have seen this time after time in various venues, the media brags about who there is illegal, how many…and the law enforcement does zilch in state after state.

We fought the good fight together along with a handful of others to get the McRINO/Kennedy Amnesty bill stopped back way back when on another site…we won, we celebrated….and along came Reid with his ‘Dream Act’ not more than a month later. It also failed. I feel at this stage of the game…we will lose what we fought for, and it will be our side of the aisle leading or supporting whatever bill that’s presented that’s formed as Amnesty is a go. I feel we are done. Wished I didn’t feel that way…but I do.

Sorry if this is jumbled misterb…tired,

            (0)
          • m’ass is dragging too. I do not know the answer to the question. I do know this, if by some God created miracle I was in charge of the DHS/ICE, there would be daily deportations with no trials. The instant a law was broken-Zap-gone.

The second part is I would ensure that E-Verify was in use. I would close businesses that were in violation. Better for them to make a smaller profit than occupy a federal jail cell.

The third part, and I am sure there would be lots of opposition to this, esp. by the elites, the number of H1B visas would be determined three months after graduation of American colleges and placement of American grads.

Border states would be allowed to use National Guard to patrol. A national system of National Guard would be implemented since all states are affected eventually.

H2A farm workers would be through licensed agencies. They all will return after picking season or they will be found and deported. They used to return after the crops were in years ago until they found out Democrats wanted them to stay and Republicans all had to sit down to pee.

ESOL classes would be needed and SSOL classes would be held for those who would have to self deport. We are not cruel, we re doing what needs to be done.

Finally, when I reached my 100th birthday, I would retire.

Now I go to bed to dream of the America I used to live in.
