MUST BE ELIMINATED!

Flipping through the Sunday morning liberal talk shows on my way to a hunting channel, I was once again reminded why I don’t watch Sunday morning liberal talk shows. They’re full of liberals. And, as such, make no sense.

Today’s topic was the tragic murders of the school children in Connecticut this week. But the real subject was America “needs to have an honest dialogue where we discuss the easy availability of guns.” What that translates to is America “needs to listen to northern liberal idiots use the actions of a mentally ill kook to take away our Second Amendment rights.”

Liberals don’t care about people. They never have. Never will. They care about their agenda of total government control. It’s the same and has been with liberals and socialists the world over. What has kept liberals from their tyrannous quest in America is the fact that law-abiding citizens own firearms and are prepared to use them against the power of those who would enslave us. That was why the Founding Fathers in their wisdom wrote the Second Amendment. Without it, all other amendments mean nothing. So forgive me when I call BS when I see big crocodile tears coming from corrupt Democrats over the deaths of these children. They don’t care about those precious lives. They certainly don’t care about the children who are aborted by the millions. Nor do they care about the children slaughtered at the hands of street terrorists that occur every day in cities like Chicago and other bastions of liberal disaster. No, they care about one thing. Disarming the American people so they can control us.

The topic of the CBS propaganda show I flipped through was the evil semi-automatic rifle. Degenerate gambler and RINO William Bennet informed the open socialists on the panel the “problem is the Second Amendment” and agreed with professional racist Michael Eric Dyson that semi-auto rifles need to be banned. They conveniently overlooked the fact that handguns alone were used in the school attack and that Connecticut’s gun laws had kept the gunman from buying a rifle a few days before the attack. I didn’t hang around long enough to see if they actually had anyone with brains on the panel but I think I know the answer. If I’m looking for “honest dialogue,” I’m not looking for it in the propaganda mainstream media.

Here’s an idea that should be part of our “honest dialogue.” Why not ban mentally ill, 20-something males? Jared Loughner, James Holmes, Adam Lanza and the other recent killers share that one commonality. Take any mentally ill 20-something male and lock him up. Problem solved! Every one of those killers is mentally ill. By putting them away forever would have saved how many lives? I think it’s a great idea!

Oh, you bleeding heart Dims don’t like that idea? That might violate some nut job’s civil rights? So your answer is to violate mine? I’ve owned guns all my life. I’m not, contrary to liberal troll opinion, mentally ill. Never shot anyone. Never had any reason to. But I would use violence to protect the lives of my family, myself or innocents if a mentally ill wacko or violent thug was determined to commit murder. Want an “honest dialogue?” You want to take weapons from honest, sane, law-abiding Americans because it furthers your agenda of total government control.

Here’s another “honest dialogue” for you. It is your liberal lunacy that is responsible for the deaths of those people in Connecticut. Your idiotic “Gun Free Zones” aren’t really that gun free, are they? Honest, law-abiding people are left to be sitting ducks from those who aren’t. Ask any of those parents who lost a precious child if they would have preferred that the teachers and principals had been trained, armed and prepared to take down the killer? If they answer “no,” they are a liar. The stupidity of liberals puts innocents lives in jeopardy because, in the case of an armed madman, they must rely on mercy. I do not subscribe to liberal stupidity when it comes to the lives of my family.

Banning guns will work as well as making murder, illegal immigration or drugs against the law. It will penalize the law-abiding while the criminals and sickos will continue TO NOT FOLLOW THE LAW! I’ll play along with your smokescreen of an “honest conversation” and tell you I will not be left vulnerable on the wrong end of a gun because of the political agenda of socialists who seek to make me a slave. It makes no difference if the bad guy is a criminal or the government (I fear the government much more), I will not sacrifice my Second Amendment right. Honest enough for you? Here’s some more “honesty.” There are millions and millions of me in America.

We’ve known this is coming. We know who and what Obama and the Democrats are. We know their agenda. Over the past four years, Americans have bought guns like never before. We knew Obama, if reelected, would seek to seize guns from law-abiding Americans. He and his henchman Eric Holder have even broken American laws and circumvented Congress with an illegal program called Fast and Furious whose purpose was to create gun violence in Mexico and the border in order to call for more gun laws here. Of course, the feckless Republicans have done NOTHING to hold them responsible. So this new round of calls for banning certain weapons isn’t unexpected.

I look for Obama to create an Executive Order sometime between now and the end of the year that will ban the sale of any new “semi-automatic” rifle. It will ban the sale of certain types of large-capacity magazines. Probably will create a registration for those who purchase ammunition for those types of guns.

We know the next Supreme Court justice will be a rabid gun-hater and the left will immediately seek to overturn the Second Amendment by judiciary rule. AWD has said several times the only thing I believe that will cause law-abiding Americans to revolt and take to the streets is the loss of our right to bear arms. Why? We know what comes next. And what comes next is the real agenda of the statists on those Sunday morning propaganda shows. Better to die free than live as a slave.

And now for a little Music That Doesn’t Suck from the Clash.

You can crush us,
You can bruise us,
But you’ll have to answer to
the guns of America!

Update: here’s Tyler, Texas Congressman Louis Gohmert speaking some intelligence. AWD spoke with Louis in DC a few weeks ago. He’s a good guy and has sense. Should be the Speaker. Of course, the RINO elite hate him.

And of course Diane Feinstein has stated she will introduce legislation to ban COMPLETELY the so called assault weapons including possession. If you’re getting mags and parts, especially the former, now it the time.

    • Quartier LeBlanc, Feinstein is an idiot. She’s using the school shooting to ban “assault” rifles when an “assault” rifle wasn’t used. Once again punishing the law abiding for the actions of criminals. Of course, just part of the overall plan to ban gun ownership.

Yeah, she’s also from California ( land of fruits and nuts ) and is an accomplished liar. There’s evidence that Lanza only had the rifle in the car and didn’t use it in the shooting but you wouldn’t know it by listening to the talking heads today. Did you see Mayor ( no big gulp ) Bloomberg today? I thought the guy was playing with himself he was so happy.

    • Socialist President Chaves banned gun ownership and sales, Socialist President Correa has weapons control in his country, PR of China also has control…I agree, if we don’t protect our second amendment, we become weak against a tyrannical government. Take away the weapons, and only criminals and dictators have the power.

  4. Thanks to Wayne La Pierre and the NRA for continuing to fight the good fight. Their success has been nothing short of remarkable under the circumstances. Clearly another withering assault is headed our way.

It’s a pity the GOP never bothered to learn from the NRA on how to do battle with the Left.

  5. We are going to need these types of guns for what is coming in the next few years. But I totally agree, we have a problem with handling the mentally ill, not guns.

  6. If the dems want to start attacking the 2nd amendment then please feel free. 5 words: mid term election GOP landslide. There are a lot of people out there who trust both parties about as far as they can throw them, but if they feel the dems are threatening gun ownership they will come out and vote.

  7. MOLON LABE!

From where I sit, this is a non issue. The weapons used in this terrible atrocity were all legal owned and registered, period.

Ct has some of the most restricitve gun ownership laws in the country.

Gun ownership is not the issue, extended magazines are not the issue, nor are hollowpoints or armor piercing bullets.

The issue is, how do we secure our most sacred treasure, our children. My belief is that we bring back some religion…and allow legally owned weapons into these locations by caring parents and caring teachers…simple as that. If I want to CC or open carry a legally owned weapon as I am picking up my child, that should be ok as apposed to locking it in my vehicle where it is potentially at risk of being stolen…and falling into the wrong hands….or running the risk of sneaking it in and being ratted out bu some do-gooder, panty waiste lavendar bath smelling nipple head!

I used to show up, in uniform, to pick up or drop off my child(ren) at public school. The number of people who looked at me like I had a third eye was amazing…eventually, they got used to me. I made a point of going to read for the class, show up for teacher conferences or the like in uniform. Legally owned weapons in American society is the same issue. Not mandating everyone do the same, just respect the fact of the decision and commitment…get over yourself. Oh, by the way, speak engrish and assimilate!

Feinstein can crow all she wants, the so called ‘assault ban’ will die on the vine as it was stupid before and is stupid now…total distraction and encroachment on legal ownership for semi-auto weapons.

There are significant limitations in auto weapons ownership, not that I agree with how difficult and costly it is…it should not be. All that has done is drive up costs in licensing and ownership and reserved it for the most moneyed amongst Americans.

Anywho, the Connecticut shootings, as all senseless violent acts are a travesty and my heart goes out to all the family, friends and community.

By the way, what ever happened to stop the mall shooter in Oregon or Washington state a couple weeks ago? MSM has been mum on the fact that a kid (22 year old who legally owned and carried) show of force by aiming at the knucklehead, gave him cause for pause and the shooter capped himself before the cops could get him…the concerned citizen did not shoot as there were fleeing people all over the place…good judgement as he drew down on the shooter, the last shot he took was at himself.

    http://www.cchrint.org/2012/07/20/the-a … opic-drug/

Fact: Despite 22 international drug regulatory warnings on psychiatric drugs citing effects of mania, hostility, violence and even homicidal ideation, and dozens of high profile shootings/killings tied to psychiatric drug use, there has yet to be a federal investigation on the link between psychiatric drugs and acts of senseless violence.

Fact: At least fourteen recent school shootings were committed by those taking or withdrawing from psychiatric drugs resulting in 109 wounded and 58 killed (in other school shootings, information about their drug use was never made public—neither confirming or refuting if they were under the influence of prescribed drugs.)

Fact: Between 2004 and 2011, there have been over 11,000 reports to the U.S. FDA’s MedWatch system of psychiatric drug side effects related to violence. These include 300 cases of homicide, nearly 3,000 cases of mania and over 7,000 cases of aggression. Note: By the FDA’s own admission, only 1-10% of side effects are ever reported to the FDA, so the actual number of side effects occurring are most certainly higher.

Question: Is this society too nuts to allow guns (have we got too many mentally ill in other words)? Have we devolved into the liberal nightmare society we’ve all feared was coming?

      • He has already stated his intent to sign the UN International Weapons Treaty, which would make it illegal for private citizens to own firearms. Not sure how that would play into American law, and besides, international law is followed basically because nations agree to, not due to any real enforcement body.

The fact is that mentally ill people are “empowered” by liberal society….it is part of their philosophy to mainstream dangerous people. Even though these people are incapable of making their own decisions, they are told that they can run their own lives and make choices……all for the sake of inflating a false sense of self esteem.

In schools, sometimes violent and disruptive students, are mainstreamed because it is their “right” to be “educated and enjoy a high quality of life.” Many times, all they do is make school a living hell for teachers and students and nobody learns anything.

    • If you were to do that wouldn’t you have to ban the 12% of society who commit 50% of violent crime?

      (0)
      • Quartier LeBlanc says:

50% is a low ball number. Like I said the shooting in CT is about the 2 week toll in Chicago alone. Meanwhile I’m looking for a bolt and I think I found one at Palmetto State Amory.

        (0)
      • It’s not 12%, it’s the male, 18-24 year old members of the 12%. Half of them are already in jail, hence the dramatic drop in crime.

  14. The most important thing you can do is call your Congressmen or Congresswomen and let them know exactly how you feel about gun grabbing, next send them a registered letter with same facts, then email them. The phone calls and letters are most important. No form letters, individually hand written letters make the best impression. Do the same to your Senators. They are going to go wobbly, you can spine them up with your support. Start a Gun Owners PAC and target just One anti gun Congress critter. Watch what happens.

    • RidinShotgun says:

Actually that is incorrect. The handguns were used to kill them, check your facts; the police report said that hollow point ammunition was used and rifles do not fire hollow point ammunition.
The same report you cite, also stated that the kids younger brother was grabbed by cops in the woods outside the school. WRONG he didn’t have a little brother.
Same report also said that he killed the father first. WRONG the father found out about this watching the news in his office down in Manhattan.
What needs to be understood here is that ALL of the info that the media provided in the first day of the shooting was INCORRECT.
But hey, they hate guns and we can’t let this crisis go to waste right? Facts? who cares!!!

CREDO, a progressive grassroots group, is organizing a march on the National Rifle Association’s lobbying arm in Washington, D.C. Monday.

“After the shooter Adam Lanza, no one is more to blame for the massacre of 20 first graders and six women at the Sandy Hook Elementary School than the National Rifle Association,” CREDO wrote on the Facebook page where the march is being organized. “To stop the senseless killing we must first stop the NRA.”

  22. The concern of the globalist one world government that is seeking to rule as an undemocratic tyranny is to repeal the USA right to bear arms It is the next step on the dismantling of America and its constitution to enable a merger with the NAU Yes this is a terrible tragedy but millions carry and store guns in their homes and they do not act irresponsibly It is not possible to prevent crazy people from killing if they decide they will do it they will succeed be it with a gun bomb or knife poison or anything else. The Americans are having their liberties taken away slowly and methodically as a President and government are becoming increasingly more in control dictatorial and Federalised Although this is anti constitutional Abolishing gun laws is simply a further grip on ensuring liberty for the citizen is destroyed. No not freedom to kill freedom to protect themselves To use this tragedy to make a political gain to rule through Presidential tears is disgusting

    • bingo!

They are staged events by marxists to sway public opinion… nothing more. The re-election of Obama proved to them that we are a nation of sheeple/idiots and now is the time to make thier move for absolute control…

  23. I have a hard time imagining even the most evil criminal opening fire on elementary age kids, even someone who wants suicide-by-cop.

That said, there have been many other mass shootings in the past few years.

I say, in all seriousness, these shootings are Obama’s fault.

    Why?

Because people have no hope. People see no end to this suffering. Many people make less money now than they did 4 or 5 years ago. Many people are out of work. Inflation is attacking all of us from the bottom up. It takes 50 bucks to fill up even the most modest econo-box. (Prius and Volt aside)

The deranged actions of this president, such as golfing pretty much all the time, wining and dining with the celebs at gold plated fund raisers, going on multi-million dollar vacations every quarter, all conflict with our innate common sense. This is because all the while many of the very people who enthusiastically voted for this quasi-royal are getting by with thrift store clothes and dollar store ramen noodles.

Even those in Rio Linda know that this is not the America our parents grew up in. This is not the booming America that we remember from the 50s and 60s, the era that landed on the moon and brought us the 57 Chevy and 69 Camaro. After all, GM was just recently too big to fail along with the banks that might have once lent us money for a GM vehicle. How does this happen? This is unsettling, even if just subconsciously.

The soon-to-be quadruply immaculated Obama makes very nice speeches and promises us the world, yet every day there is one more hardship, one more mass layoff, one more fundamental change to America. Even those constituents who live on a steady diet of MTV and E! must be sick of waiting for things to look up. Even the welfare queens in their Escalades have to dip into their beer stash to fill up with gas being over $3.50 a gallon.

Whether consciously or subconsciously we are quietly going mad trudging along in the gloom looking for Morning in America. Everyone has been clinging desperately to this hip and trendy messiah who will bring us salvation, but it doesn’t come.

The America that we all picture in our minds when we say United States of America is not the USA we live in now. People are scared. Many are on Anti-Depressants just to get by, marriages are falling apart because of money and depression about money. Yet, we still hear about the bankers and investment company CEOs – who crushed our economy by lending money to people who had no business borrowing it – having multi-million dollar bonuses and golden parachutes.

Yes, I say these shootings are merely a symptom of Obama Induced Psychosis. The insanity coming from Washington DC is Trickle Down Insanity, and we are seeing the result.

It’s too late to vote the insanity out of office, we had our chance. No, for this, I propose a $50 Billion stimulus plan for the pharmaceutical industry and the appointing of a Pill Czar. Each and every American will now be provided, from Obama’s Stash, a daily prescription of some yet to be developed Happy Pill that will completely mask the symptoms of Obama Induced Psychosis. That way, we won’t care that the country is going to hell and won’t shoot at each other while it does.

  25. Cinnamon Girl says:

Right now I’m in a dilemma.

I’ve a right and I believe a duty to express my opinions with regard to this country. I use as much logic and reason as possible. But today, I re-posted a sentiment regarding Tim McVeigh and the fact that he killed 144 people with essentially fertilizer, and I got attacked. Even my s.o.’s 66 year old stepfather (both his parents are very liberal) chimed in saying that if it were not for assault weapons, the Sandy Hook children would still be alive.

How do I respond to that? I mean, what sort of illogical statement is that? Someone who is unstable and homicidal strolls right into a school and shoots up the place. It’s horrible. It’s tragic. It’s sickening. But tragedies happen and a bomb could have been worse. A handgun, accompanied by enough clips, would kill as many or more. The children were defenseless as all children are in a circumstance like that.

Yet, I am attacked for holding my beliefs that we are free people in this country and we must be armed to protect ourselves and others.

I’m a bit of a pleaser and it pains me to know that people now dislike me or at least my stance on things that border on the political (or that are outright political). I’m afraid that the media and our very own national leadership have struck the sort of fear in the hearts of people where they are willing to give up virtually all freedoms for the sake of what they believe may be safety from a few maniacs out there who will kill no matter what. It’s unbelievable that these same people, though, are against the Department of Homeland Security, ostensibly because it was created during Bush’s administration and infringes on them when they wish to take an airplane from one place to another. As much as I dislike the TSA and many other aspects of Homeland Security, the hypocrisy is beyond my ability to understand.

When this sort of situation serves to do what appears to be nothing but divide us, I’m at my greatest level of fear for our country. When people actually believe that banning weapons, banning some types of speech, banning so many of our former freedoms will give us peace, we are at the end.

I contemplated responding to these attacks. I even thought of removing my posts. But, I will be damned if I do so when we are bombarded with messages that basically tell us we are irresponsible children and Big Brother will dictate what we can and cannot do or say. It’s bad enough when our leadership does this to us. But now, ordinary people are pitting against each other in a war of words and sadly, one half or more of those ordinary people cannot see they are being manipulated.

  26. Randi Miller says:

I agree with everything said. One fact used for the argument is wrong though. The autopsies showed that all the victims were killed with the “long-barreled” gun. If I’m mistaken please feel free to correct me (nicely please). Taking guns away from law-abiding people (whether they believe the weapons are necessary or not) is simply showing a different agenda than protecting the population.

    (0)
    • Randi, I’m not sure if I understand your question. If I do, what difference if they were killed with long or short barreled guns? They were killed with guns and had no way to protect themselves. Putting law abiding people at the mercy of armed thugs or crazies makes no sense.

These calls for banning guns have nothing to do with safety. It’s all about eventually removing the Second Amendment.

  27. The big question the anti gun assholes should be asking is…..if the mother knew this kid wasnt playing with a full deck….why did she teach him how to shoot and use guns? The issue isnt legal gun ownership at all, its an issue of a mentally unstable moron stealing guns to commit a horrendous crime! Fuck all you anti gun assholes…especially Feinstein. If we allow these bastards to disarm us that will be the death of America. I for one refuse to surrender my legally owned and legally purchased firearms. If it makes me a criminal so be it since the fucking criminals wont be affected by any laws. Laws they dont obey anyway.

    (0)
  28. The problem with anti gunners is, they know nothing about firearms. They despise them just because of their own fears and paranoia. Would the Sandy Hook tragedy have been any less horrific if that punk used several revolvers and unloaded them into his victims? Dead is still dead regardless of the weapon used. Even if the asshole used a sword and walked through the school decapitating the children with it would this be any less horriffic than using a so called assault weapon? Some 20 yr old so called man pitted against school teachers and young kids can do anything he wants against defenseless kids and women. Even if he had a baseball bat he could have killed any number of people with that too. How tough do you have to be to take out a school teacher and some little kids? Just ONE CCW holder could have stopped this tragedy. Where were the cops? Why wasnt a SWAT team dispatched to blow this punk away before he killed so many people? The anti gunners can blame the weapons all they want but none of them got up off a table by themselves and just started firing. The areas with the strictest gun laws are always the places these mental rejects target because they know that nobody is armed in a PC shithole.

  30. Yes. Thank you AWD. You are the only one smart enough to point out that the only thing keeping the U.S. government from turning into a tyrannical dictatorship is fear of the guns owned by private citizens. Because, obviously, if the U.S. military did try to enslave us all individual gun owners would be a huge threat to the most massive, well-organized, strongest army in the world. Your logic is, as ever, brilliant.
