Teen Thug - Todavia Cleckly

Another senseless killing has taken place in Beaver Falls, Pa…leaving a little girl without her mother. Her murder took place over words these teen thugs didn’t cotton to. This is absolutely outrageous to say the least…unfortunately, I don’t see despicable crimes like this on the decrease whatsoever.

After your read and watch the reports about this murder, I’m curious to know what you think should happen to each of these individuals via the legal system.

This is report also has a slide show included as well. – This is via WTAE:

Two 14-year-old boys are wanted in the senseless killing of a young mother who had words with them as they harassed her boyfriend walking down the street on Saturday afternoon.

Kayla Peterson’s boyfriend, Bill Bailey, said the situation began when he walked out of J’s News at about 3:15 p.m.

“My friend came in and got cigarettes, and three young kids followed him. They kept following him and asking him for a cigarette,” said Brock Edwards, who was working at the convenience store.

Bailey said the teens followed him, harassing him while he walked the two blocks home to 13th Street. When he got there, Bailey said the 22-year-old Peterson came outside and told the boys to get a job.

“The next thing you know, they just pull out a gun and shoot for no reason. It was just over a cigarette,” Edwards said. “Now, my friend lost his girlfriend — an amazing, amazing girl, and she was such a good mother, too — and now her child has to grow up without her mother being there.”

Bailey said he held the mother of his 23-month-old girl, and as she lay dying, Peterson told him that she loved him and their daughter.

“She didn’t even move when it happened,” Bailey told Channel 4 Action News’ Sheldon Ingram. “She just said, ‘I can’t feel my legs.’ She wanted to lay down, so I laid her down.”

He admitted trying to explain to his daughter, Ellieonna, what happened to her mother has not been easy.

“I just tell her her mom was an angel and was taken away way too soon. She devoted her life to my daughter,” he said.

Bailey told Ingram he knows the teens police are searching for and played basketball with one of their dads.

Beaver Falls police have charged 14-year-olds Todavia Cleckley and Marcus Velasquez and 13-year-old Kyle Goosby Jr. with criminal homicide and other charges

Beaver Falls Police Chief Charles Jones said Goosby is in custody. Police are still searching for the other two suspects.

“These kids are very dangerous. They’ve already proven that they’re dangerous, and we would like to see them off the streets as soon as possible,” said Jones. “Any time a life is taken, it’s hard to deal with, but especially around the Christmas season, it’s that much more difficult, especially when it’s a young mother.”

Beaver County District Attorney Anthony Berosh said he intends to prosecute the boys as adults.

You can be sure the victim-hood game will be used in their defense. Wouldn’t be surprised if the gun issue will come out too…it’s got to be the guns fault don’t ya know…anyone and anything is to blame other than these low-life thugs!

Take them out into the desert dig a deep deep hole shoot them in the back of their heads and bury them there Why leave them lying there they would give the vultures indigestion

  2. BT,

Since I didn’t see an open post, figured this was a good place for my comment. After todays tragedy, I’m sure the president is salivating over thoughts of gun control… after all, never let a crisis go to waste.

Amazing how the news media is overwhelmed with sorrow today, but for the hundreds of innocent Mexicans who were gunned down with “Fast & Furious” weapons distributed by our piece of shit president and his administration… not a peep!!!

  3. The justice system will give them life in prison regardless of whether they get the death penalty or not. Your best shot would be to find them and gun them down. An eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth. They’re probably in a gang, so follow them and shoot the rest of them as well. Wastes of oxygen. I’d gladly spend 89 cents on the bullet I need for them though.
