Seems this gal used to be for gun control, she’s since changed her mind about that…and it looks to be a wise decision on her part according to a couple of reports I’ve read about her the past few days.

See what you think about this great-granny and what she confronted in good ol’ Detroit, Michigan.

Here’s the first report:

Southfield, Michigan – Ramona Taylor Kamate is one brave woman who says, she’s tired of being a victim.

The 56-year-old grandmother and great grandmother from Clinton Township has a permit to carry a gun, and when she was attacked on a city bus, she used it.

It’s a bus route Kamate is quite familiar with, she’s also grown accustomed to seeing some of the same people who take the bus with her.

But, when Kamate boarded a city bus at Northland Mall in Southfield, she says a young friendly face turned on her.

“He was saying ‘you smell good, looks like you have money’ and I said no I don’t,” Kamate said.

It went downhill from there. “He grabbed my book bag and I grabbed it back and we started tussling, I bit him on his left hand. When he struck me in my head we started fighting,” she said.

Kamate says no one tried to intervene. “It’s sad you have all those men on the bus, and no one helped me,” she said.

The suspect took Kamate’s purse and ran off the bus at the Lodge and Dexter stop.

That’s when Kamate, who was armed with a gun and has a permit to carry, went after him.

“Somebody said he had a gun, and when he turned and faced me he went down, and when he went down I just pulled my 9 out and started shooting him,” she said.

Kamate fired multiple shots at the man, but he got away.

Kamate says it was unclear if the man was hit by any bullets.

“It was 11 shots, I hope I did, one of them had to get them,” she said. “At first, I felt remorse because I have grandchildren. If my grandchildren are out here doing what these punks are doing, they need to get the same thing.”

Kamate’s purse was eventually found, and her wallet filled with cash was gone.

Kamate was questioned by police and released. She says after this experience she is done with the bus and plans to get a car.

Shh…don’t let the msm hear you say something like that. We all know they don’t want to hear any such thing. Anyone think the likes of CBS, msDNC, ABC, or CNN have this gal on for interviews?

  2. Okay friends…check this out. It’s only a few sentence to read in the real language that was most likely used when it comes to what was said and happened.

If she had had a 30 round mag her chances of getting her purse back would of improved.

    • Good point…I’m just glad the gal had what she did. There sure as heck weren’t any so-called men coming to her aide.

  6. Eleven rounds in the air and a busload of people, and no one was hit?
Not sure if we need better training here, or a bigger magazine, or both.

Yes, you are on your own. Political correctness and the feminist movement necessitates that a woman can do anything a man can can do. Women can fight in combat units in the US military, is the message I’m getting. So why blame the Dudes? Why didn’t the rest of the women on the bus step up?

Oh and Granny lives outside of Detroit, and her township voted for President Barrack Hussein Obama, so my best advice is for Granny to give up her gun and wait for BO to send in the Lady Marines to clean that Benghazi Bus Route up.

It’s part of her entitlement package after all.

On a positive note some Black Thug in the Motor City is getting joked hard about losing a gun fight to Granny, I hope the “disrespect” is humongous in proportion, and he turns himself into Authorities for lack of street cred.

Detroit must really be a war zone. I suppose I could be naïve having lived in MS for so long, but it’s shocking to me that people can witness this crap and remain silent. The bus driver just stops to let the creep get off? No help at all? I witnessed a very old lady get her purse snatched in Tupelo in 96, so I proceeded to give chase, it was just instinct I suppose. I caught the guy and tackled him in the street, then noticed(thankfully) another guy had the same idea. We beat the stuffing out of that fool until the police showed up to haul him off, screaming that we assaulted him. Nobody seemed to have seen any such thing, mass amnesia I guess. Anyway, the point is, it was the right thing to do, and fun to boot. What the hell’s wrong with the sissies in Detroit?

    • Mr. G…

Thanks to you and what the other guy did to defend that gal and beat the stuffing out of the POS that did that.

This country has many major problems…and situations like all of these are a big part of them.

  9. Mr. Grumpus says:

I think people have been media trained that it’s better to remain quiet and watch something play out than to intervene for another human’s rights. The police can only mop up the mess afterward, they can’t catch muggers and snatchers. Even just a few people could have easily put this guy on his face in the bus, but they’ve apparently learned that you get in trouble if you help someone. Surely they can’t all be sick enough to sit there silent because they enjoy watching a woman get punched and robbed.

  10. Mr. Grumpus says:

Wow BT, one guy that may have a gun intimidates a whole bus full of other guys. That’s gotta be a bad mark for their street cred. Granny with a H&K, now that’s something serious.

  13. I hate to crash this party, but really, shooting after some guy who is running away with her purse? I dont think this is a responsible use of a gun by any means. Well, is it? I understand she was upset the guy was running away with her hard earned money, but is that reason enough to try to kill someone who is no threat anymore??
