MIKA & BLOOMBERG GET MOCKED!

Dudes and dudettes..it was a glorious day yesterday when Nanny Bloomberg received a set-back on his ban the size of soda one can purchase! Of course the majority of those with a brain that works rejoiced…but there were a few that were steaming mad about this decision…and Sheriff Mika was one of them. She minced no words this morning with the poisonous words she had to spew on the msDNC Funny Farm. It was fun watching this leftist-loon furious, all the while lying thru her teeth about facts as she sees them, but many of us don’t…besides that, it’s none of her or anyone else’s danged business…leave us alone already!

Since I happened to catch this about four a.m. I wanted to share this with you. This is one time it’s fun to watch how an elitist dimwit thinks…and demands you do as well, or else! – This is via Mediaite:

Sugar-loving New Yorkers rejoiced yesterday when a judge invalidated Mayor Michael Bloomberg‘s Big Bad Soda Ban — but not all of the city’s residents were quite so pleased. Namely, one Mika Brzezinski, who took to railing against an industry that “poisons” children. Meanwhile, her co-host Joe Scarborough decided to further provoke her by grabbing a sugary snack.

“The American Beverage Association is relieved because they can continue to make money poisoning people,” Brzezinski remarked, while recapping the story at the top of the show.

The same hurdle appeared when calorie counts were first added to menus, but he won on appeal, Steve Rattner reminded.

“Most New Yorkers agree with this judge,” Scarborough asserted. “Don’t tell us what to drink.”

Willie Geist said while Bloomberg’s intentions are good, the proposal was indeed “arbitrary” like the judge said. “It’s a very difficult law to apply,” he added.

“At some point, there will be, unfortunately, a clamp down on the restaurant industry and the beverage industry just much like the cigarette industry,” Brzezinski argued, noting that the science is catching up with people like Bloomberg.

“Be mad at the fact that you buy this stuff, again and again and again, and these companies feel they have to produce poison for your and your children,” she later urged. ”

“Stop it. Stop it,” Scarborough replied, not humoring her. “I think I’ve given you enough lead here. Reel it back in on this.”

“I’m saying it’s killing us, it’s killing our children,” she pressed. “It’s liquid sugar, and sugar is poison.

Scarborough begged to differ — noting that he drank soda and ate snacks, but that he was active. “It’s the lack of activity combined with people sitting on the couch instead of going out and playing all day, they’re playing video games on the couch,” he said.

As Brzezinski reminded that he was a football player, Scarborough retorted that she was proving his point. Bloomberg could instead direct his energy toward getting more rigorous physical education programs in schools, he suggested.

“These foods actually are toxic, the way they are made, if I may finish, I contend that you’re making an incorrect statement by saying these things aren’t poison,” Brzezinski insisted.

“They’re not poison,” Scarborough repeated, then walking away from the table for a second… and coming back with a plate of munchkins.

“I bet you couldn’t put those aside if I asked you to, if I challenged you to,” Brzezinski told him. “Those are so full of sugar and fat and trigger a reward mechanism in the brain that makes you not able to stop at one.”

You know friends, when RINO Joe Schmo told Mika that it would do well for Bloomie to set his sights on the schools and P.E. for an hour, he should have also included that Bloomie should also set his goals on making sure young adults acquire remedial reading by the time they apply for college as well, but that’s another pathetic story. – Anyhow, it was one of the few times I agree with points Scarborough made…what say you?

no ll, FFS this has to be a joke….who’s pushing this white guilt agenda?…sorry, stupid question..why is this is allowed to continue ad nauseam?….f**k, another stupid question..

the only logical solution is to remove all liberals, socialists, commies and democrats and moonbats from society, including my old school friend (you know who you are..), ship them off to a very large uninhabitable island and nuke the f*****s…

only then will there be peace on earth…maybe

Mayor Bloomberg: ‘We’re Not Banning Anything; It’s Called Portion Control’

    By Fred Lucas | March 11, 2013

(CNSNews.com) – New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg said the large soda ban set to go into effect this month at city restaurants, street vendors and movie theaters is how government tells the public what’s in their best interest.

“We’re not banning anything. It’s called portion control,” Bloomberg said Sunday on CBS’s “Face the Nation.” “It’s a typical way that companies use to and governments use to explain to people what’s in their interest and what isn’t.” …

And they “explain what’s in their interests” by saying you can’t have it.

But speaking of portions, didn’t Mr. Bloomberg violated New York City’s term limit law to run for Mayor for a third time?

During the CBS interview on Sunday, host Bob Schieffer asked, “Already we’re seeing some people who are saying, ‘This is making it really hard on us,’ not necessarily people who sell those sugary sodas, but people like, well, Starbucks. They don’t know what to do about some of the coffees that they sell. What about all that?”

    Bloomberg dismissed the concerns.

“Number one, that’s ridiculous. They can figure out — Starbucks knows how to market things, knows how to package things,” Bloomberg said. “They can change instantly when it’s in their interest to do so. This is in the country’s interest. This year, for the first time in the history of the world, more people will die from too much food than from too little food…”

    Speaking of making up statistics.

    • Snake, I heard that arrogant little militant bastid say that as well as his BS yesterday too. He’s so stuck on himself that he should be committed to a rubber rubber near him. – I cannot, never have, been able to stand him. Heck, he’s got his paws/money in other states when it comes to gun control too. Methinks he’s competing with Soros these days.

Marist: More Favor GOP Debt Plan Than Obama’s

The national survey, conducted four months after Obama was re-elected with 51 percent of the popular vote, found 45 percent of voters approving of the way he’s handling his job and 48 percent disapproving.

That was down from a 50 percent approval rating in November and December, and the lowest since November 2011. It also was the first time that more people disapproved of his work than approved since November 2011, when his rating was 43-50.

Obama’s personal popularity also has declined, with 48 percent of voters having favorable impressions of him and 48 percent having unfavorable impressions. That was down from 53-44 in December. It also was the lowest since November 2011, when it was 47-49.

Another factor in the president’s decline is anxiety about the economy and the country.

Just 34 percent of voters think the country’s heading in the right direction, while 62 percent think it’s headed the wrong way. That’s also the worst since November 2011.

Which makes you wonder why he was ever re-elected in the first place.

Indeed, despite gains in jobs and the stock markets, voters think by 62-34 percent that the country is still in a recession. Just 22 percent think they’ll be better off in the coming year, while 41 percent think they’ll be about the same and 36 percent think they’ll be worse off…

The stock market is being driven up by Bernanke’s pumping. And there have not been any real gains in jobs. Apparently, the people are more up to speed than McClatchy is.

  7. Text book manifestation of displaced aggression with conjointed(I just made that up) cognitive dissonance. Miss Breswinski(sic) just had two immutable leftist laws explode in her horse-like mug. One billionaires always get their way and two the mayor of NYC can not be mocked (particularly by a little nobody judge).
The animosity and displaced aggression is caused by her pea sized brain recognizing that if the marxists can’t ban soda they may have a bit of trouble banning guns from law abiding citizens. Fun to watch such caring sweet people unravel.

    • Wes…

Well put! And yes, I thoroughly enjoyed watching her unravel this morning…along with Bloomberg the last two days. Marxists must be defeated!

  8. OMG. Mika & her pinko papa are an insult to all things Polish. Take it from this cute, second generation American Polish chick. Her kids ( if she has any which I think she does) will end up being Coke and “Coke” addicted little wild tramps. While she spouts this holier than thou poison ingredients crap…. she is the type that had a medicated childbirth, runs her kids the doctors every 5 seconds…. didn’t breastfeed but tells everyone how they are polluting the world. she can kiss my dupa.

  12. Cinnamon Girl says:

Here’s what’s wrong with curtailing anything, let alone consumable goods: the snowball effect.

It starts with banning salt on restaurant tables, as if NYC itself owns these restaurants.(The city should have been happy enough with the taxes—-occupancy taxes, sales taxes, liquor taxes, employment taxes, etc., they foist upon the real owners).

Then, they ban sugared soft drinks over 16 ounces.

What’s next? Banning Whitman’s Samplers because one person can buy a box and potentially consume all of the candy therein? Banning McDonald’s (fat chance—-pun intended, because the taxes they collect from sales would be missed)? Banning hotdogs, kosher or not, because they contain nitrates? What about natural herbs and supplements because the FDA doesn’t approve them? How about refined flour, salted pretzels, real butter?

Don’t laugh. It could happen, and it’s likely to be tried and will one day succeed, judging by the way this country’s going.

    • …and don’t forget the ‘calorie counter’ menus they’ve been forced to add too. The cost of all of this to businesses is outrages…and who the heck reads them anyway? If you don’t have a good idea what’s good for you or not…you’re a leftist-lunatic!

      (0)
      • Cinnamon Girl says:

About three months ago, because I was starved and only had minutes and was also in the vicinity of only a McDonald’s, I went through their drive-thru. The menu boards, newly updated with the calorie information, were so huge and confusing it was frightening. Further, their prices had gone through the roof.

Losing our freedom now has a higher price than keeping it! We are so backward in this country!

        (0)
        • Backwards indeed! Plus, the low-information nitwits don’t understand that when business are required by big brother to do something once again…it will cost the consumers. – We’re all paying that now in many ways, what we’re speaking of is just one small example. We all know there are more we’ve dealt with daily since Dear Leader has been in power, from the grocery prices to our gas tanks. OCare is going to be a huge one…the likes of which we’ve never seen. It’s already slowly strangling us in more ways than one….yet the full implementation doesn’t take effect for about a year yet. – One other major fact, Obama’s EO’s or rules and regulations we receive daily, which no one covers much…is a destructive force in every nook and cranny of everyone’s life, every business etc etc.

…and we have four more years to go! Will there be anything left of this country that we once knew…in any way, shape or form?

Look, I know sodas and all the sugar they contain are bad for me. Although I love the taste of sugar, that stuff is of the devil! The evidence is overwhelming that it’s bad for human consumption. But regardless, I don’t want anyone, including the damn government, telling me what I can drink or not drink and how much of it! This is NOT the role of the federal or even local governments. Geez, this is what happens when liberals get into positions of authority. They’re not happy until they rule every part of our lives!

Man, you seem to know exactly how I think about many things. I’m not very old by most standards, but even I grew up in America when it was a good thing to be an American. I’ve said it before, but I repeat: I played football in high school and drank and partied and all the normal stuff. Then I went to bed one night, and woke up twenty years later find the whole country gone insane.

I only recently made my first comment on a message board. I live pretty rural, and I guess it all just passed me by while living my life. Damnit, we took hunter’s ed and shot guns in high school. If you got into a fight, it was just a fight. You win or lose, or just tumble around a bit. But nobody had to die, it’s just unreal to me.
