gay-army-drag

Wicked global warming storms taking place in my neck of the woods…tons of that white stuff surrounding me and piling up by the hours, has been for two days now. The only reason I’m mentioning the weather here is simply because I fear we may lose our power at any time…so, I’m cutting directly to the chase to get this posted just in case it does.

Read this report and see what you think about this story. – I know one thing for a fact, I am danged sick and tired of hearing about ‘Civil Rights‘…how about you?:

Almost seven decades after being the scene of one of the most ferocious and protracted battles of World War II – a site of legendary valor and sacrifice on the part of American soldiers – some U.S. service personnel stationed in Okinawa today are treating the world to another kind of display: “Gay” and lesbian service personnel performing in drag, to raise funds for their activities, to a sellout audience.

As reported Sunday, openly homosexual service members at Okinawa’s Kadena Air Base took to the stage and performed as “drag queens” and “drag kings” Saturday “on a military installation in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender troops.”

According to the story by Stars and Stripes, which has published news for the military community continuously since WWII, “six servicemembers – gay, lesbian and straight – donned heavy makeup to dance and lip sync songs such as ‘I Wanna Dance with Somebody’ for a raucous capacity crowd at the Rocker NCO Club at Kadena Air Base. The event was a fundraiser for the recently formed Okinawa chapter of OutServe-SLDN, which is the largest nonprofit advocate for the military’s LGBT community.”

Participants and audience alike were reportedly surprised at the huge response to the event. Navy Lt. Marissa Greene, co-chapter leader of OutServe Okinawa, said, “We didn’t think there was much of a desire for an event like this on the island but it has actually blown up,” according to the report. Though anticipating selling only about 75 tickets, “We ended up selling 400 tickets in 10 days,” she added.

Commenting on the radical culture shift within the military, Stars and Stripes observed that “just a few years ago, gay and lesbian drag performances on a military base would have been unthinkable and potentially a cause for dismissal from the service.” It added, “The repeals of Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, as well as the Defense of Marriage Act – the law barring the federal government from recognizing same-sex marriages – have allowed gays and lesbians in the military to be open with their sexuality for the first time.”

One soldier in attendance at the fundraiser, Tech. Sgt. Kristen Baker, told the military newspaper the LGBT fundraising show not only was received warmly, but would help advance civil rights.

“Everything is just accepted,” she said. “It makes me really proud to watch it,” adding that, in the military, “we are all brothers and sisters no matter what.”

In September 2011, on the implementation of the repeal of the Clinton-era Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell policy, President Obama said: “I was proud to sign the Repeal Act into law last December because I knew that it would enhance our national security, increase our military readiness, and bring us closer to the principles of equality and fairness that define us as Americans.”

However, latest reports are that the rate of sexual assaults, and especially male-on-male sexual assaults, in the U.S. military has skyrocketed.

“So we’ve got a male-on-male problem here,” says Elaine Donnelly, president of the Center for Military Readiness. “The Department of Defense doesn’t want to comment on this. They know that the numbers are there. They say that they care, but all the attention is usually given to the female members of the military who are subjected to sexual assault.”

What would our forefathers think? How about our great-grandfathers, grandfathers and dads? What do you think about all of this…is it okay with you, or not?

To any of you, (men or women), that have served or are still serving…what’s your opinion about this issue?

  1. I find this completely disgusting that the brass would allow this kind of activity. It puts forward an image of the U.S. Military as being weak, both mentally and physically. This crap should have been shut down before it ever got to the ticket selling stage.

If this is the caliber of our fighting forces today, then I am damn sure not going to surrender my weapons, simply so I can defend myself and mine from whatever third world piss ant dictator who decides to send over an occupying force, whether they speak Chinese, Korean, or some dialect of friggin’ Arabic.

I hope Ovomit is happy, he’s managed to turn the greatest military force on earth into a bunch of twerking faggots in less than ten years. Something the Clintoons failed to do in two terms.

  2. The ass kissing career feathering top brass is a big part of the problem. None of them will stand up to Obama and they cheerlead and go along with this kind of crap

    • Hell, Jedediah, Ovomit replaced most of the top brass with hand picked yes men who gave the correct answer to the question; If ordered to fire on the American people, would you obey? If the answer was no, you were replaced with some douchebag who answered yes.

  4. In a sane society, males with an extreme female identification would be diagnosed as mentally ill.

Now in libby libtard land, we are supposed to except fecal smeared- biohazard- sodomites- in the middle of a worldwide AIDS epidemic (the male rectum was not designed to be a sperm receptacle) as the new social norm. Total abject insanity.

    • Yep…insanity surrounds us. Our nation is now upside down and inside out. Personally, I can’t take much more.

      • Hi, Pathetic isn’t it!! OMG. Obongo has fired all the good Generals. The beat goes on. Have a neighbor 93 who was in that battle. A great American. I am soooooooooooo sick of lesbos and homos. It has gotten to the point now that if you are straight you are a freak. I could throw up. God help us.

        • Same here Joy. The gay population, the atheists etc are just a fraction of our nation….and they are ruling us all in many ways.

          Where are our civil rights?

FYI, BT, if there was cooling it would make less snow, not more.  It takes warmth (though still below freezing) to hold all the water to make large amounts of snow.

Believe me.  I live where we get lake-effect snow.  It’s the heat coming off the water that carries all the stuff inland and lets it fall as snow.  When things freeze over, the snow gets a lot scarcer, and it gets a LOT colder.

    • This topic isn’t about algore’s global warming BS….and trust me, you don’t need to tell me a thing about how the weather works.

  7. I am so tired of this gay garbage they are trying to push on everyone. Now they are pushing it in sports with the soon to be nfl gay guy and the already nba gay guy. The nba guy was just labled the first to “come out” and they were showing some highlights of him on tv and had words like openly accepted etc on the screen during the video. It was sick but what takes the cake is his jersey is now either the best or like 2nd to 3rd in sales since he came out as gay. Terrible

    (0)
    • Right on! I would pbut his jersey to use as a doggie bed liner. Proud of the oscar winner thanking God and his family. Must have made so many of those phoney lib tards a holes mad. screw em ! Correction , my 93 year old neighbor was at Iwojima and Guadalcanal. God bless him .

      • Joy, you’re so right about that Oscar winner thanking God…the audience didn’t quite know how to react. What a sad commentary about our liberal nation.

Btw…check out the last link I posted at the bottom, it’s a short…but should leave you smiling.

The Dallas Buyers Club was an AIDS movie with Jared Leto playing a freak (cue the violins).
12 Years A Slave played right into the Oprah/Obama agenda.
Why, Obama is the new Lincoln of course. Total P C nonsense.

  8. Its stuff like this that makes me want to hang up my uniform and go take a high paying job in the civilian sector. The Military is not a laboratory for social “reforms” and flavor of the week focus group special interest pushes. Its about kicking the shit out of our nation’s enemies and I worry about our ability to do that if things keep getting sissified and PCed to death.

  10. WAIT, GUNNY – I HAVE TO CHANGE MY DIAPER

    WARNING: GRAPHIC MEDICAL TERMS

On September 20, 2011, the final nail in the coffin to destroy our military was shoved in America’s face. Male sexual deviants will now openly flaunt their preference for bowel movement sex. Butch dykes and “feminine” lesbians will now be allowed to flaunt their perversions. Many may not realize it, but “bi-sexuals” will also now sully the uniform of our armed forces. How long before they demand “constitutional rights” to dress like Corporal Klinger on the old tv show, Mash, because it’s “part of their sexual orientation”? Unless you’re on a military base, it will be out of sight, out of mind for the majority of Americans. Go back to your sports or porn or the bar and let someone else take care of the mess.

Yes, I am aware of the growing numbers of sexual deviants in the military since the morally bankrupt, Bill Clinton, rammed DADT down our throats with the blessing of a morally bankrupt Congress. Sexual deviants should not be allowed to serve in the U.S. military, period. Of course, I will get the usual e-mails from libertarians who confuse licentiousness with liberty, as well as incredibily profane laced hate mail and death threats from sodomites for this column. Nothing new. Hit delete key.

The immoral, Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell, policy was the first step in forcing social experimentation into the U.S. military. Repealing DADT will destroy it. The U.S. military is a completely different institution than any other in this country. Regardless of which branch, our military is supposed to be battle ready, not spending time and money fighting through the sludge of what will now happen because sexual deviants will be allowed to shove their sexual preferences in everyone’s face. Military bases are full of family housing and elementary schools. Kids will now see what children should never be exposed to, never mind brainwashing them into believing it’s “normal and healthy.”

Serving in the U.S. military is NOT a constitutional right. Our military is 100% voluntary. No one’s constitutional rights were being violated because they want to volunteer into an organization that prohibits their sexual preferences.

I seriously doubt the “volunteer” aspect of the ticket sales. When I was in the army back in ’89 there was an assembly for black “history” month. We were told attendance was not mandatory, but our superiors made it clear that we were strongly “encouraged” to attend and that our “cultural horizons” would be expanded greatly by our participation. One of my Sgt’s (A virulently racist black) openly declared that those who didn’t attend from the platoon would be subject to his punishment.
I went and it was one of the most vile things I have ever had to sit through! I listened for two hours as a parade of the biggest malcontents took to the mic and gave all of the their sob stories about how YT was such a devil and denied them their due. Of course when one listens carefully to what their job was in the service, they were all from support roles, not front line combat units. An Uncle of mine was an MP and constantly had to baby sit them during Korea, he had nothing good to say about them.
Having said all of that, I’m willing to bet that 97% of those in attendance were subjected to the same thing, GO OR ELSE!!!

Good gawd! I just can’t add anything more to this…other than your last paragraph puts it in a nutshell for me.

  11. I very much doubt whether the Russian troops in the Crimea at present are devoting much time to “advocating for the military’s LGBT community.”

Not unless they want a rather uncomfortable stay in whatever the Russian word is for the brig.

The major players around the world, Russia, China etc, are in the hands of serious men (whatever their faults) who understand that their nations have clear national interests and will pursue them. I bet they just can’t believe what they’re watching sometimes.

  14. When I turned 18, I was on a bus headed to Fort Benning, Georgia barely a month later. Both units I was in across my 6 years of service had numerous homosexuals, funny thing was given we were Infantry and just loaded down with as many Alpha males and troublemakers as you could find, nobody gave a damn what somebodies sexual orientation was.
I can think of 9 homosexuals in my units off the top of my head, not once was it a deciding factor in how they were treated. Yeah we ragged on a guy for making a habit of getting drunk and walking around the barracks in dresses or thongs and heels, but come first formation he was ready to work. That really was all the mattered, people showing up ready to work and bringing your buddy home.
Why people feel the need to magnify the difference between them and the other soldiers is beyond me, maybe our job and by extension other combat arm MOS view each other differently. Maybe jobs that have a significantly reduced expectation of harm care about stuff like if a drunk guy he was taking a “Mah-who” into his room (that was the term in Hawaii given to the trannies.)
But beyond that a lot of attention should be paid to the last statement about male sexual assault. I was very close friends with the supply clerk, he had a ordeal that saw a S/G shop NCO attempt to and succeed at blackmailing him into a sexual encounter and when she tried again he went forward with it. He was promptly laughed out of the room by the CoC, by the the IG and by the Brigade/Division sexual assault rep. Apparently his ordeal wasn’t so unheard though all you ever hear about from any of the EO and Sexual Assault briefs are about how men are such evil bastards that they would rape you, your family, your parents and your dog outside if they had the chance.

Anyways the TLDR version of this is, nobody in my experience cared about the next man’s sexual preference and the military pushes all the bloated female victim numbers, which many of them are false through my time in the service at the expense of male victims who are laughed out of the room.
