Well from the three up there I guess it would have to be Wolveriens simply because calling us Dudes sounds like were all stoned and cant find our on arses and achievers is a car. AWDs is better then those in my opinion but I still like DILLIGAF for the simple fact that none of us really do give a F***

I am of the opinion that “Red Dawn” was not a big hit with the Lib crowd. I would imagine that if they made the movie, they would have had the high school kids drop trou and present.

I believe that Dudes (or Wolverines), with red, white and blue blood loved the movie.

Alabaster when you say “…repressed homosexual(s)…”, it begs the question “Why do you believe everyone is homosexual?”.

Obviously the answer is: because YOU are.

Furthermore, to help you understand why you perceive everyone has a “…4th grade education…”. Let’s apply the above logic to education rather than sexual orientation.

As your writing clearly indicates a 4th grade level, it makes those with a higher education wonder if you are repressing your education. Which begs the question “why would we think that?”. Because we ARE educated, ergo most people will probably write to you at your level (4th grade).

I like “AWDs”, and I say that as:

1. Someone who is not from ACORN (but who is demonstrably nuts).

2. Like olds, I am a Buckeye born and raised, and a currently long suffering resident of that socialist paradise known as “Michigan”. No way I would ever be confused with that stinky crap hole in Ann Arbor (Wolverines, indeed!).

3. A very grumpy and angry white dude, hence, AWD suits me perfectly, IMHO.

To fully grasp the meaning behind Wolverines, you should watch Red Dawn, a movie released in 1984, starring Patrick Swayze. In fact buy the movie, it is a keeper. The basic premise is that the US is invaded by the USSR. For historical context, the movie was released at the height of the Cold War, which would have gotten hot with very little provocation from either side. That’s about all I’m gonna tell ya, so I don’t spoil it. The Wolverines won the day, despite overwhelming odds against them, similar to today’s situation. Check out the link below for more info:

Wolverines, for several reasons. We are under siege as in Red Dawn, only this time by our enemy within. It has a nice ring to it as a rallying cry and call to arms. And, a real live wild wolverine is one bad arse animal not to be messed with. A quote from Wikipedia: “The wolverine has a reputation for ferocity and strength out of proportion to its size, with the documented ability to kill prey many times its size”. Quote by Jed in Red Dawn: “Because WE LIVE HERE!” Lastly, it is a nice tribute to Patrick Swayze, a patriotic American, who seemed to be one of the few Hollyweird good guys who wasn’t pursuing some radical leftwing agenda.

GO WOLVERINES!

Though for the record, I’m a little bit disappointed that my suggestion wasn’t chosen as a finalist.
