Today’s Cash for Clunkers program crashed and was dead on arrival. The one billion dollars allotted for the program was spent…they think. The computers kept crashing and nobody could make any sense of anything. Imagine that! A government program not working and wasting tremendous amounts of time and money! Too bad the federal government isn’t helping you with your kidney transplant! Just wait, that’s coming!

WELCOME TO THE TEA PARTY REVOLUTION!
Welcome to the first shots of the second American Revolution! The Boston Tea Party ushered in the first revolution and the current tea party movement is beginning the second! Since the first sparsely attended tea parties held in 30 US cities on February 27th, the movement is steadily growing into a political force. Never in American history since the original tea party have middle-class taxpayers taken to the streets in anger due to the actions of their government. That time has passed. The conservative sleeping giant is fully awake and very hungry. He eats big spending, out of touch politicians who are taxing and spending America into bankruptcy!
The tea party movement has been ridiculed by the unwashed leftards on MSNBC and CNN as redneck racists. Nothing is farther from the truth…not that the MSM would recognize truth. Even the congress critters in DC refuse to fully realize the rage of the middle-class taxpayer. They are starting to learn the hard way! During the current recess, many elected officials are holding town hall meetings with their constituents. In years past, these have been largely uneventful meetings of the faithful. No more! Tea party patriots are filling these halls and letting their voices be heard. New York liberal Congressman Tim Bishop has canceled his series of town hall meetings after being met by angry, sign-carrying constituents demanding answers. The gutless liberal said of any further meetings, “I had felt they would be pointless. There is no point in meeting with my constituents to listen to them and have them listen to you if what is basically an unruly mob prevents you from having an intelligent conversation.” Did you get that? “There is no point in meeting with my constituents.” So Bishop will only meet with his constituents if they agree with his actions? Is Bishop not a representative for all of his district or just his fellow unwashed liberals? Some tea party patriots have been refused entry to town hall meetings, only increasing their anger.
After a series of two July protests outside of Texas RINO Senator Kay Bailey Hutchinson’s office, the Senator called the Dallas Tea Party and requested a meeting with the organizers to discuss her positions and our opinions. This proves that some in DC are recognizing the determination of the tea party movement to regain control over our federal government. The Dallas Tea Party has grown from 300 patriots in February to tens of thousands today.
So what is the future of the tea party movement? Growth and organization! Conservatives, by nature, do not protest. The tea party events, while useful for publicity and recruiting new members, are not the heart of the movement. The Dallas Tea Party has created a very successful Neighborhood Organizer program where members take responsibility for growing their precincts and neighborhoods. Neighborhood Coordinators recruit new members through canvassing, email, phone banks and local meetings. We are getting taxpayers off of their couches and getting them involved in the political process. Our sights are set on the upcoming primaries in March. That is where incumbents are the most vulnerable. A very small percentage of the electorate has traditionally voted in primaries. We are changing that. And many out of touch politicians will pay!
American taxpayers are angry. Their anger will grow as Obama, the DemonRats and RINO Republicans continue to move our country towards socialism. What can you do? Get involved in the tea party movement and let your voice be heard. Here are some important websites:

To sit down with a chia-haired moron, a professional racist who talked about your mama and Hussein Hopenchange to drink a beer proves only one thing. Officer Crowley loves him some beer! I would rather eat glass than sit down and chug forties with Joe Biden, Henry Louis Gates and Hussein Hopenchange. I wonder how long it took Biden to start with his “two Negroes and a Jew walked into a bar” jokes?
None of this racist fallout would have occurred if Obama had not shown his true stripes by saying the Cambridge police had “acted stupidly” in arresting Gates. By all accounts, Gates was the one acting stupidly…even getting his ghetto on talking about Officer Crowley’s mama. Now I don’t know about you, but if Gates was talking about AWD’s mama, I’m afraid I’d have to hong kong on dat sorry fool’s head before bringing him in. Of course, yo mama statements are exactly what one would expect from a tenured professor at Harvard! Gates should lose his job because his behavior is an insult to higher education. But face it, he’s nothing more than a professional race baiter. It’s what he do! Do you see any professors involved in Caucasian studies at Harvard? You do but those studies are known as math, science, law, business and medicine.
Obama got himself into a pickle and revealed that he really doesn’t like the po-po or white devils. Must be some of that 20 years of Revrum Wright sermons coming out! A US President should be light-years smarter than to call the actions of a police force stupid. Obama is not that guy. He was merely going home to mama and his racist days with professional race agitators ACORN! Obama hopes America has learned about race throughout this episode. ARE AMERICA’S BEST DAYS BEHIND US?
Not a day goes by without hearing how the Chinese and India will uproot the United States this century to become the world’s superpowers. Many see the US as a bloated, bankrupt has-been that will self-destroy without a shot being fired by our enemies. Today’s Rasmussen poll said:
Nearly one-out-of-two U.S. voters (49%) now say the nation’s best days are in the past, a five-point jump from last month and the highest level of pessimism on this question in a year.
However, the same poll found that 38% said America’s best days are ahead of us. Most Americans couldn’t find their way out of a mud puddle so the poll means little to me. Why would I take seriously the opinion of some moron who believed Hussein Hopenchange’s lies during the election? But still, the question is interesting. Is America in decline? Angry White Dude says maybe.
The Founding Fathers in their God-given wisdom created this country on individual liberty and responsibility. We can see how low we have fallen when we look at the tremendous size and power of the federal government. Americans have stood idly by as more and more individual freedoms, power and money have been usurped by lifetime politicians in Washington. A country founded on individual performance now openly penalizes it! Americans have become sheeple as evil politicians bankrupt the country and powerful liberals morally bankrupt us. Did the Founding Fathers ever visualize a time when it was frowned upon to say “Merry Christmas?” Did any of us envision a time when a woman would lose the Miss America title because she voiced her opinion that legal marriage should be between a man and a woman? Did Jefferson ever see a time when liberals would support abortion on demand but would fight the death penalty for convicted murderers? Was the First Amendment created for a politically correct society that put limits on our freedom to speak freely? We are at a point in the United States where everything is upside down. The values and traditions that made this country the strongest and wealthiest in history are now ridiculed by a large percentage of the US population who neither understand their actions or believe their evil ideology will destroy our country.
Compare where we are today from where we were 50 years ago. Most families, black and white, lived intact. Most men worked for a single company their entire career and retired with a pension. Wives did not work. Most women stayed at home and took care of the family. We were a country where everyone was a legal citizen. Families lived within their means. There were no credit cards or easy credit. Families did not live in McMansions or have 4 cars. We saved and sacrificed for luxuries. Children graduated high school and either went to college or became productive citizens in the workforce. Our leaders did not uncontrollably spend our tax dollars and our country created great wealth, slowly but surely.
Contrast today’s environment. We have a federal government that is completely out of control. In the first 6 months of Obama’s presidency, he has quadrupled the deficit. Our country is in debt nearly $1 trillion to the communist Chinese alone. Divorce is commonplace and children are often left to raise themselves..often to their and our detriment. The federal and state governments tax families such that both parents must work…one to pay the bills, the other to pay the taxes. Crime is rampant in our streets. No longer can we let our children go to the mall or down the street without our supervision. Dropout rates are epidemic and generations of Americans have been supported by a useless welfare system that kills the individuals self-worth while making them dependent on working tax-payers. Millions and millions of unskilled illegal aliens now come and go without any fear of apprehension or deportation and demand free medical, educational and welfare services while taking jobs from Americans. We live in a time where nothing is sacred or pure. The bedrock of America, the family, is ridiculed by the so-called enlightened left. They openly espouse marriage rights for homosexuals and terrorize those who oppose. More and more American taxpayers must live on anti-depressants to cope with the pressure of working, paying outrageous taxes and raising their families…and the families of those who refuse to work or take care of their own.
AWD believes America has been heading in the wrong direction for many, many years. However, just as in the timeless book by Ayn Rand, Atlas is shrugging. The working, middle class has had enough and is seeing the results and dangers of big government. The question is whether we can find leaders who will undo the wrongs created by unscrupulous politicians for generations. It will not be easy to undo the wrongs that have led us to this point…but, nevertheless, it is necessary. Here are some of the things President Angry White Dude would do to right our country:
1. Secure the borders immediately. Illegal aliens have placed incredible hardships on the American people. They have taken advantage of our generosity for too long and must be stopped. It is not the responsibility of the American taxpayer to support the rest of the world.
2. Reduce the size of the federal government by at least 30% in one year. Immediately eliminate the Department of Education, Department of Labor and the EPA…just for starters! The federal government and it’s stupid laws have killed American businesses with needless regulations and taxes and are the reason most manufacturing jobs have gone overseas. The federal government must be severely reduced ASAP!
3. Create a 10% flat tax that EVERYONE pays. Eliminate loopholes and the IRS. Taxes kill American businesses and put a severe load on taxpayers.
4. Create a Balanced Budget law for the federal government. No more borrowing money from our enemies. Repay China and other creditor countries with the savings from reduced costs and revenues from increased productivity. Once China is repaid, remove them immediately from Most Favored Nation status until they play fair with the valuation of their currency. They are dangerous and we are building a Chinese military that we will one day have to fight. Let them return to the dark ages. We should treat all enemies like enemies and quit pretending they are our friends.
5. Enact term limits for all elected positions. Nearly every politician is corrupted by the money and power in Washington. They need to learn to live like everyday Americans live.
6. Maintain and fund the strongest military in the world. If we are attacked, we must destroy the enemy and quit worrying about winning hearts and minds.
7. Drill for our own oil. America is the only country in the world where it is illegal to drill our own energy. Develop nuclear power plants throughout the country. America needs cheap power to grow our industries.
8. Severely curtail lawsuits from greedy lawyers that tie up industry and development. Our concern should be towards helping Americans and not the Southern California Turd Mouse!
9. Kick the United Nations out of the United States. We have funded a forum for our enemies to destroy us for far too long.
10. Audit the Federal Reserve to see what corruption lies there. If necessary, eliminate the Fed.
America’s problems, while great, can be righted by competent leadership and a severe reduction in the size and strength of the federal government. We must get involved in the primary process to rid the Republicans of RINOs and remove corrupt DemonRats (redundancy alert) from power. Obama and his ilk have the goal to turn the United States into a socialist country. Patriots must fight his every move.
I believe our best days are ahead of us only if we can follow the ideas listed above. We cannot survive much more borrowing and spending by an uncontrolled federal government. It is crunch time and the urgency of the situation calls for action. Are you ready? What are you going to do about it?

Angry White Dude and his band of white devils are definitely rattling some liberal cages. For the second time this year, AWD has been quoted in New York’s liberal Village Voice. It’s a newspaper for “sensitive” guys who are more concerned about moisturizing than what load to run through their 1911. If you don’t understand the part about the 1911, you probably have been spending too much time moisturizing! Village Voice girlyman blog writer Roy Edroso worked himself into a little tizzy because conservative bloggers didn’t just wet their britches over the Henry Louis Gates story. The Village Voice poofters expect everyone to roll up in a little ball every time some race-baiting black person yells racism. Well, the country would be cluttered with little white balls if we did that. Some people have broken the politically correct chains that imprison writers at the Village Voice…or generally people in NY and other bastions of PC lunacy. These enlightened are called conservatives…and they don’t read the Village Voice. Before you ask, libtards, AWD was notified by Google of the link to the Village Voice site….back to plucking your eyebrows.

ANGRY WHITE DUDE SITE HACKERS WON’T SILENCE THE TRUTH!
Angry White Dude’s site has been hacked by scumbags too cowardly to argue points with words. The AWD techie team is working hard to restore the site. When trying to access AWD, a warning pops up in some browsers. It warns of malicious code. Here is what the Google diagnostic page says:

One thing is for sure….we are rattling somebody’s cage. Interestingly, AWD’s Digg account was recently closed because I referred (correctly) to Islam as “the religion of murder.” So maybe it’s the Muslim hacker brotherhood behind this. Of maybe someone in the White House who doesn’t like the criticism heaped on Hussein Hopenchange. Maybe it’s Washington Mutual who are still probably angry over AWD bringing down their banking empire with criticism or their stupid, politically correct commercials. Whoever it is obviously doesn’t support the first amendment!

IS DIVERSITY A BIG SCAM? YES IT IS!
It is an accepted norm now in American society that diversity is beneficial to us all. Nobody ever tells us why. Most diversity programs seem to merely consist of the dumbing down of standards to promote minorities who do not otherwise qualify. How can this benefit us? Angry White Dude has become to believe diversity is a bunch of politically correct pile of crap. Case in point, America seemed to do pretty well for all those hundreds of years with European-blooded white people who melted into Americans. Americans have furthered technology, medicine, space travel, arts, computers, etc. with little diversity from other countries. So again, I ask why is diversity such a universally accepted great concept? Well, it’s not. You don’t hear the Japanese, Koreans, Indians or Chinese worrying themselves about diversity. Only America and Europe torture themselves over achieving some theoretical goal of people from different cultures occupying certain positions in society’s totem pole that will bring a better good to us all.
Conservative writer Walter Williams recently wrote about the dumbing down of the US Navy through diversity goals. A Navy presentation declared “Diversity is more than equal opportunity, race, gender or religion. Diversity is the understanding of how each of us brings different skills, talents and experiences to the fight — and valuing those differences. Leveraging diversity creates an environment of excellence and continuous improvement to remove artificial achievement barriers and value the contribution of all participants.” Admiral Gary Roughead, chief of Naval Operations, says that “diversity is the No. 1 priority” at the academy. Well, isn’t that comforting! I thought they were looking for officers who could lead men in combat and not get trillion dollar boats sunk! I never realized the Navy was so concerned with the color of their skin of their officers. Mr. Williams reports
“A black candidate with B and C grades, with no particular leadership qualities, and 500 on both portions of the SAT, is virtually guaranteed admittance. A white student, who’s not an athlete, with such scores is deemed not qualified. Many black students are admitted to the Naval Academy through remedial training at the Naval Academy Preparatory School (NAPS) in Newport, R.I., which is a one-year post-secondary school. Finishing the year with a 2.0 GPA, a C average, almost guarantees admission to the academy. A C average for remedial work is nothing to write home about. Occasionally, when students don’t make the 2.0 GPA target, the target is renegotiated downward. Minority applicants with SAT scores down to the 300s and with Cs and Ds grades (and no particular leadership or athletics) are also admitted after a remedial year at the Naval Academy Preparatory School.”
How humiliating to be a black Naval Academy student who has actually earned his or her way into the academy? They will be automatically considered to be Affirmative Action attendees by other students. Of course, white students who have earned their way into the Academy by achieving stricter standards than minorities may feel harshly towards these dumbed down students..but they better not voice any opinions lest they be labeled a racist. Being called a racist in America rates just below being labeled a child-molesting spy for the Chinese.
Diversity is the by-product of political correctness. It overlooks the obvious low qualifications of candidates in exchange for feeling good about raising someone to a level of incompetence. But it always fails. It is also grossly unfair and racist to those who qualify under stricter standards. Does it make sense to put a under qualified student into a 4 year college only to see them perform miserably and drop out because they were not prepared when that spot could have gone to a qualified student? How is that different from promoting someone to a job they are unqualified to perform? It’s not and only proves the error of political correctness. I can hope all I want that I can play in the NBA. I can buy Michael Jordan shoes, Nike shorts and even go to basketball clinics. But the truth is I will never be able to play at that level because I don’t have the skill. Hope alone is not going to get it done. And I don’t see any NBA team owners falling all over themselves to give me a diversity spot on the team!
Diversity is another scam thrust upon us by liberals to lower the standards of performance. Who do you want driving that nuclear powered naval carrier? The guy who got into the Naval Academy because of the color of his skin and skimmed by on C’s or the officer who was at the top of his class? How about the doctor about to operate on you? The affirmative action doctor who could not qualify on his aptitude or one who qualified through a stringent selection process?
I say America was made into a great country by performers and achievers. Playing “let’s pretend” to make liberals feel good is a recipe for disaster. So, I’ll ask again, why is diversity so great? I’m still waiting..

Now that Obama has completed his first “World Apology Tour” which accomplished nothing other than emboldening our enemies, Obama is now ready to try the next thing. Obama mistakenly thought the rest of the world would fall all over themselves because he is black..like a huge amount of moronic Americans…and do whatever he wants. The problem is, the rest of the world (outside of Europe) is not politically correct. The Muslims of the world have no problem stating their desire to kill every Jew. North Korea lets it be known they would rather nuke the South Koreans and Japanese rather than deal with them. In short, Obama made a fool of himself and us believing he could teach the world to sing in perfect harmony just because he is half black! He used white guilt (or white morons)…plus the vote of nearly every black…to his benefit to ramrod through the worst piece of legislation in history, the stimulus. He misread the election as a mandate when he only was elected because the Repubs ran McCain and everyone was sick of the wussypants Republicans and Bush. Obama’s “change” quadrupled the deficit in less than 6 months! Well, now Americans…even stupid ones…are waking up to the fact that Obama is nothing more than a light-running socialist. In light of the Henry Louis Gates fiasco in Cambridge, Obama shows himself to be a hard-core, anti-white racist. So yes, sitting in the pews of white-hating Revrum Wright for 20 years did teach Obama to hate whites! Whodathunkit?
Obama’s handlers know he is going to kill the DemonRats for a generation as he continues to tank. Time for “change.” Here comes the tough talk now. The shrinking Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said on NBC’s “Meet the Press” on Sunday that Iran will never achieve its goal of obtaining a nuclear weapon, declaring to Tehran: “Your pursuit is futile.” Iran has released a response, “Bwahahahaha!” Iran knows with US banker China and bully Russia backing it up, they can do whatever they want. They also know that Obama is a wuss who is owned by George Soros and will never start any engagement of the US military. He couldn’t wait to get us out of Iran and, with US deaths piling up in Afghanistan, he will shortly start pulling back there.
Obama is clueless and his handlers are desperate for him to have any win. They believe he can garner some points with patriotic Americans (not his supporters) by talking tough to Iran. His chance to talk tough to Iran passed when he decided to sit on the sidelines while the mullahs massacred people in the street protesting a stolen election. Obama has been b*tch-slapped by North Korea who has no fear of any reprisal. His naivete and narcissism has damaged America’s global standing and put us and our allies in danger. Obama’s tough talk carries the significance of Boy George fighting in mixed martial arts.
The Obama presidency is nearly over. We haven’t had a terrorist attack on our soil or an embassy blown up yet. As the economy continues to tank and the unemployment rate rises, Americans are going to look for people to blame. He’s blamed W all he could. This disaster is now his! One hit from Al Qaeda on our soil and the masses will circle the White House. So Obama, quit the tough talk…it only embarrasses you more!

You can take the racist neighborhood coordinator out of Chicago and put him in the White House but he is still a racist neighborhood coordinator at heart. President Hussein Hopenchange showed he is truly a racist and hates whitey this week in defense of his friend and professional racist Henry Louis Gates. As the story has come to light, the white policeman who arrested Gates was calm and professional while the African Studies professor from Hah-vad acted like a ghetto thug. Reflexively, and showing his “I hate whitey” roots, Obama immediately jumped to the defense of his homey and called the actions of the (white) police in Cambridge “stupid.”
Stupid is a strong word for a US President to use and I cannot think of when I have heard one use it. Certainly, Obama didn’t call the President of Iran stupid….or anything else…as Ahmadinijad stole the elections and killed hundreds of irate Iranians protesting in the streets. I don’t recall Obama calling Kim Jong-Il stupid after he ratcheted up tensions testing a nuclear weapon and firing numerous missiles. No, he said he still wants to play patty-cake with Kim, which has since been ridiculed. We remember Obama apologizing to Europe and Muslims all over the world for the United States…but he didn’t call any of their actions stupid. Not even flying airplanes into our buildings. But he was quick to jump on the white devil policeman who has an impeccable record and even trains policemen how to remain calm when arresting blacks who “get their ghetto on.” Even a black officer on the scene says Gates was out of control and should have been arrested.
Americans are finding that Obama is way too left, way too inexperienced and way too biased to be President. His plummeting numbers show that most Americans are abandoning his version of “hope and change” socialist, anti-white politics. Blacks will continue to back Obama until the day he is thrown out of office because they are largely racist too. It is getting harder and harder to sweep under the rug the fact that most black Americans hate white people. It is dangerous to have a President who hates any group of people. We have one now!
Condolences to you, Hussein Hopenchange! In showing your true beliefs, you have shown you are not worthy of the office of President of the United States. But don’t take it so bad, you have won the AWD Libtard the Week. So you have that going for you…which is nice!
IDAHO FAMOUS POTATOES OPEN POST
IDAHO PLATE - IS THIS THE BEST YOU CAN DO?
Today’s open post is brought to you by Idaho…the land of famous potatoes. Potatoes so famous they even talk about them on their license plates! AWD has been on a family mini-vacation in the family truckster driving through the great western US. It has been tremendous looking at the changes in scenery and driving through the indescribable Rocky Mountains. But with all this driving, I’ve seen many license plates from other fellow travelers. The numbers on the new Utah plate with the big rock arch are about illegible when put on the background. But it’s a pretty plate. I even saw a New Hampshire plate. Great slogan…Live Free or Die! One that definitely can use some work is one I saw from Idaho. It’s motto…..Famous Potatoes!
Now don’t get me wrong, I love me a big ol’ Idaho baked potato slathered in butter, chives and sour cream. But put that on your license plate? It has to be embarrassing…even for Idahoans. Isn’t there ANYTHING going on or that has happened there worth bragging about? Hell, North Carolina has “First in Flight” and everybody knows that the Wright brothers were from Ohio and only went to NC for the wind at the beach to launch their plane. Even Oklahoma is OK for heavens sake! Texas doesn’t say anything on our plates…because we’re Texas and we don’t have to. Although I did hear someone say our motto should be “The friendliest state in northern Mexico!”
If I was King Spud of Idaho, I’d put Idaho – Home of Napoleon Dynamite on my plate. That’s where the movie was filmed. I’d even put Idaho – Home of Napoleon on the plate. Who cares? For that matter, they should just shoot the moon and make something totally up. Idaho – Birthplace of George Washington! Or Idaho – America’s First Capitol! Or Idaho – Very Few Minorities! SHOULD THE NFL LET THE VICK OUT? – OOF OOF OOF OOF

He’s been released from prison. He’s paid his debt to society. He says he’s a changed man. He’s also lost millions. Should the NFL let Michael Vick play again? NFL Commish Roger Goodell is the one person who can make that decision. If he decides to reinstate Vick, Goodell will incur the wrath of PETArds who love animals and hate people. Of course, AWD imagines not too many animal rights wackos are in the stands on Sundays or buying overpriced NFL jerseys. The Vick show would be a circus for whatever team signs him. However, if Goodell decides to permanently ban Vick…well, the world will most likely be introduced to MC Dogg Killa in the next few months.
AWD is ambivalent on the whole situation. I don’t care if Vick plays again or not. Breaking news! Vick really isn’t sorry for torturing and killing those dogs. He is a thug. His brother Marcus is a thug. He comes from a thug family. They just happen to be big and fast thugs. But the NFL has tons of thugs in their ranks. Hell, they even let the poster child for black ghetto stupidity Adam “Pac-Man” Jones play after multiple acts of gross stupidity and run-ins with the 5-0. Last year, Jones even got into a fight with the bodyguard assigned to keep Jones from getting into fights. Baltimore Raven Ray Lewis also was runnin’ wit his posse when someone decided to kill anotha brotha. A whole lot of proof pointed at Lewis but he was acquitted. The point is, Vick would only be another scumbag to play NFL football if reinstated. He would have probably gotten off much easier if he’d killed a human!
Question is, do you think Vick should be reinstated? Give your reasons and predictions. I believe he will be reinstated and will end up with the Dallas Cowboys. Cowboy owner Jerry Jones would hire Osama bin Laden if he would drop fewer passes than Terrell Owens in the past 2 years. If Tony Romo lays an egg in the first three games, look out for MC Dogg Killa in da hooouuuussse!! Jessica Simpson’s bodacious ta-ta’s ruint Romo’s mind the past two seasons. He just dropped her but my guess is Dallas has not seen the last of the aforementioned ta-ta’s. Let’s hear it AWD family…Will Vick or won’t he play again in the NFL?

And don’t expect my usual award winning prose. But I’ll do my best.
Obama is now officially a failed moron…in everyone’s eyes minus the racist black population and the monumentally stupid. The Stimulus failed, he wants another. ObamaCare is rightfully going down the toilet like the turd it is. Another area where he has completely failed is foreign policy. You see, Obama foolishly thought the rest of the world would fall all over him because he is the first black President. Only certain Americans and the majority of white (what’s left of them) EuroTrash are that stupid. You better believe the Chinese, Russians, North Koreans and Iran see him for what he is. An opportunity. A Carter presidency only comes once every 30 years when gullible children fall for “hope and change” promises.

There’s something very fishy about Havard professor of African-American studies Henry Louis Gate’s story about his incident with the Cambridge police this week. He had returned from a trip to China…lots of African American studies to be done over there, ya know..when one of his neighbors saw him go to the back of his house to enter and called the po-po. When the officer asked to speak with him about a report of a possible break-in, Gates exclaimed, “Why, because I’m a black man?” and called the officer a racist, according to the police report. Gates initially refused to identify himself and when he continued to yell at the officer, he was warned about his “tumultuous” behavior and was later arrested, according to the report. I can just see the brova getting his ghetto attitude on and yelling at the officer. Gates denies the officer’s statement but would anyone be arrested..especially in PC Boston…for being courteous and responsive? A more reasonable person might simply say, “Officer, I am the owner of the house and my name is Henry Louis Gates and here is my identification. I thank you for looking after my home.” Nahhh, Gates saw some NAACP time coming if he turned this into a major race story with the help of the mainstream media! And he’ll be able to milk this for years with books, speeches and media appearances with morons on CNN and MSNBC. That’s what it is with these professional race guys…they see racism in everything because it puts money in their pocket! It’s their job to see racism when, in fact, none exists!
What does a professor of African-American Studies really do? Is there a real need for AA Studies? Can anyone get a real job with a degree in AA Studies, other than ACORN? Is there a White Studies program at Harvard? If so, where does AWD apply? Sounds like the biggest nothing you can do and get paid for it except elected office. Back to this incident…the Cambridge District Attorney immediately dropped the charges against Gates. I guaran-damn-tee you a white guy would be still sitting in jail if he mouthed off to a cop in the same manner. But the politically correct Boston crowd probably saw Sharpton and Jackson and the New Power Black Panthers slithering over to Cambridge to protest all those white devil who run the place and decided to sweep this one under the rug.
Gates is…to use Obama’s words…typical. Yeah, we’ve heard it all before…every white is a racist and not one black has ever committed a crime. They just hold the majority in prison because of the injustice of the legal system towards blacks! Yeah yeah, tell it to Obama because he’s the only one who will pretend to believe that load of crap anymore. In fact, Obama called the policeman’s actions “stupid” tonight in his press conference and later admitted he didn’t know all of the facts. That’s getting to be a pattern with Hussein. Islam, the religion of murder, is incompatible with American values. Muslim immigration must be stopped immediately. This includes legal immigrants, student and work visas, etc. One only look to Europe to see the negative effects that growing Muslim populations bring to western values and ways of life. In southern France, there are now more mosques than Christian churches! Schools serve Halal food (foods permissible under Islamic law), not just to Muslim children but also to Christians without their knowledge, while so many Muslims populate Norway’s prisons that the authorities gave up serving different foods and adopted an all-Halal diet for prisoners to keep the Muslims quiet. Public swimming pools now segregate men and women into different times of the day. In London, the Croydon Council adopted a Muslim-only swim time. Muslims have shown time and time again they have no tolerance for other cultures and demand unbending tolerance of theirs. Europe’s self-hating multi-culturism has allowed a foreign enemy to inhabit their lands, impose their will and will eventually restrict the natives under Muslim sharia law! Sharia law is already accepted in parts of England! The European media goes out of its way to not report Muslim criminals…calling them Asians! Europeans are now being out bred by Muslims by a wide margin. Estimates say Muslims will be the majority in Europe as soon as in 50 years! Imagine when sharia law becomes the legal standard in Europe…where will all the girly men French go? Will Islam allow pink burqas?
America must pay strict attention to what is happening in Europe. The politically correct media and elected officials who have pushed multi-culturism on us are leading Americans down the same disastrous path as Europe. A 2007 Pew poll found that only 28 percent Muslims thought of themselves as Americans first while 47 percent identified primarily as Muslims. Their loyalty lies abroad with the worldwide Muslim community, which sees itself as being victimized by the West. AWD has never understood why Muslims are allowed to enter the United States since 9/11. All the political correctness in the world will not lessen my memory of Muslims dancing in the streets of New Jersey when the towers fell in New York on 9/11.
Again, Islam is incompatible with freedom. America was founded on the principles of individuality and freedom. Islam seeks to destroy each of our founding principles and values. Islam seeks to dominate western culture and bring savagery tothe world. Merely look to any Islamic country and see how tolerant they are to Christians or Jews. Look how women are treated like animals and are allowed to be killed by family members in shameful “honor killings.” America must shed it’s reluctance to speak and act against Islam…the religion of murder. We only need to look to the disaster that Europe is becoming to see what could be in our future. I do not want to envision a future when my grand daughters will have to wear a burqa and will fight Islam in America at every step! I am staunchly for freedom of religion but Islam seeks to dominate the world. Islam is the enemy of civilized people!

However, it will take a concerted effort by strong conservatives to right the tremendous, nation-changing wrongs being pushed through by the current leftists in Washington. Who are we going to rely on to stand up and proclaim the conservative values that built this country? John Cornyn? John McCain? Lindsey Graham? Olympia Snowe? Orrin Hatch? All of the above are wastes of oxygen. Then we have the wussypants Republican spokesRINOs like Colin Powell and Newt Gingrich. They espouse the “big-tent” Republican party that has destroyed the party and left it rudderless with moron Michael Steele at the helm! The Republican party must find it’s way again and none of the RINOs listed above have the first clue how to achieve it. If big-tent Republican politics works, why did McCain lose….other than the fact he is a DemonRat at heart? Is the party so lost that Gingrich (the Great American RINO) states that con-man Colin Powell belongs in the party? Since when does a traitor that endorses and votes for a socialist DemonRat (redundancy alert) like Obama belong in the Republican party? This shows the disastrous state of the Republican party!
What to do? The key is the Republican primaries in March. The American people are sick of big government and the ineptitude of the career politicians in Washington. The current regime seems to think they can simply print and borrow money without economic consequences. But fiscal mismanagement didn’t start with them. But it must end now!
Middle class taxpayers have formed tea parties and 9-12 groups across the country. Many, like Dallas, have grown tremendously since the first tea parties in February. However, those in power in Washington do not take the movement seriously! As evidence, RINO Texas Senator John Cornyn spoke at a July 4th tea party in Austin and was soundly booed the length of his speech. He was truly surprised which shows how out of touch he is with his constituency! He goes to a tea party and criticizes the liberals who are taking our money while he supports tri-sexual (I think he’ll try anything sexual) Charlie Crist over conservative Marco Rubio in the Florida primary to replace RINO Mel Martinez! The Republican establishemt is the same as Cornyn. Clueless! AWD spoke a minute with Michael Steele a few months ago when he visited Dallas. Steele is a RINO who doesn’t want to hear from conservatives. But Republicans will listen when one of their chosen is thrown out during the Republican primaries in March! The tea party and 9-12 movement must grow their membership starting immediately. They must form neighborhood groups to get people off their couches and active in the political process. With a huge wave of conservative primary voters, we will never have to choose whether we will vote for a John McCain again! And we can begin to move the Republicans back toward being the party of Reagan.

AMERICAN HERO SHIFTY POWERS - THANK YOU
This week we saw the death of a genuine American hero. There was no mainstream media coverage, of course, they were too busy piling saint-like status on a drug addicted, child molester! Oh, how low this country has fallen since men like Staff Sergeant Darrell “Shifty” Powers were models for what American men should be. AWD first came to know of Shifty in the HBO movie series “Band of Brothers.” It is, unquestionably, one of the greatest series filmed. It tells the stories of the men of Easy Company of the 101st Airborne in WWII. If you have never seen Band of Brothers, I command you to get down to the local video store and rent it! You will not regret one minute of viewing what these heroes accomplished.
The men of Easy Company were. first and foremost, men. Even though they were very young when they volunteered for service, they quickly became men. They had a duty to do for their country and they did it. Without question. They were men of honor and character. Their great sacrifices have allowed the United States to become wealthy and strong. However, I am afraid for our country. We have become so wealthy and passive that we no longer truly understand sacrifice. We have lost our moral compass. The values that were unquestionable to the men of Easy Company are now openly ridiculed in the name of progressive ideals. In short, everything is turned upside down.
Try and compare these heroes to lowlife scum like Michael Moore, Barney Frank, Christopher Dodd, Barack Obama, Keith Olbermann or Bill Maher! They, and their ilk, are an embarrassment to our country and the legacy of the great men who gave their lives for our freedom. I hope those of us who love and believe in this country will be seen worthy in the eyes of men like Shifty Powers and forgive our liberal countrymen for what they have done.

We’re hearing a lot today about big splashy memorial services.
I want a nationwide memorial service for Darrell “Shifty” Powers.
Shifty volunteered for the airborne in WWII and served with Easy Company of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, part of the 101st Airborne Infantry. If you’ve seen Band of Brothers on HBO or the History Channel, you know Shifty. His character appears in all 10 episodes, and Shifty himself is interviewed in several of them.
I met Shifty in the Philadelphia airport several years ago. I didn’t know who he was at the time. I just saw an elderly gentleman having trouble reading his ticket. I offered to help, assured him that he was at the right gate, and noticed the “Screaming Eagle”, the symbol of the 101st Airborne, on his hat.
Making conversation, I asked him if he’d been in the 101st Airborne or if his son was serving. He said quietly that he had been in the 101st. I thanked him for his service, then asked him when he served, and how many jumps he made.
Quietly and humbly, he said “Well, I guess I signed up in 1941 or so, and was in until sometime in 1945 . . . ” at which point my heart skipped.
At that point, again, very humbly, he said “I made the 5 training jumps at Toccoa, and then jumped into Normandy . . . . do you know where Normandy is?” At this point my heart stopped.
I told him yes, I know exactly where Normandy was, and I know what D-Day was. At that point he said “I also made a second jump into Holland, into Arnhem.” I was standing with a genuine war hero . . . . and then I realized that it was June, just after the anniversary of D-Day.
I asked Shifty if he was on his way back from France, and he said “Yes. And it’s real sad because these days so few of the guys are left, and those that are, lots of them can’t make the trip.” My heart was in my throat and I didn’t know what to say.
I helped Shifty get onto the plane and then realized he was back in Coach, while I was in First Class. I sent the flight attendant back to get him and said that I wanted to switch seats. When Shifty came forward, I got up out of the seat and told him I wanted him to have it, that I’d take his in coach.
He said “No, son, you enjoy that seat. Just knowing that there are still some who remember what we did and still care is enough to make an old man very happy.” His eyes were filling up as he said it. And mine are brimming up now as I write this.
Shifty died on June 17 after fighting cancer.
There was no parade.
No big event in Staples Center.
No wall to wall back to back 24×7 news coverage.
No weeping fans on television.
And that’s not right.
Let’s give Shifty his own Memorial Service, online, in our own quiet way. Please forward this to everyone you know. Especially to the veterans.
Rest in peace, Shifty.

In Charleston, South Carolina Dionta RaShad Cochran was killed by his own gun after it accidentally discharged in the 19-year-old’s pocket and hit him in the chest, authorities said Friday. I know what you’re thinking! What’s a nice 19 year old Irish lad doing with a gun? Tests confirmed that the fatal round was fired from the .32-caliber pistol Cochran kept in the back pocket of his low-hanging pants, and not from an unknown shooter, as originally thought, Charleston County Coroner Rae Wooten said. I don’t know how low those pants were hanging but they must have been pretty low for a bullet to hit him in the chest when fired from his ass! Talk about the “magic bullet” theory! He’s lucky he only got killed instead of going off “half-cocked” if you know what I mean! I would like to nominate Dionta for a Darwin Award!
Now for the real surprising part! Cochran spent 10 months in prison after a conviction for strong-arm robbery. I know, I know! I couldn’t believe it either! He was released in April. Bet you didn’t see that coming! Lollita Brown, Holmes’ pastor at The Power of The Word Worship Center, said Cochran was a good person who had plans to join the military after overcoming problems in his life. “He was a very outgoing young man; he was very sweet,” Brown said. “He was a part of our youth ministry. Always wanted to do the right thing. Yes, he had some trouble in the past, but when he came out, he had his head on right.” That is, he was very sweet if he wasn’t robbing you with a gun! As for joining the military, I’m sure Dionta had General written all over him! Also, how hard up is The Power of The Word church for leaders if they have a paroled felon as a youth minister? Maybe after Bible study the kids could run out and knock over a few liquor stores!
Now for some Angry White Dude gun handling common sense. Number one, don’t carry a handgun with a round in the chamber if the gun doesn’t have a safety! It’s plain stupid and you’re only asking for trouble. Even if your gun has a safety, I’d think real hard about carrying with one in the pipe. Number two, don’t carry a girly .32 like Dionta did. Yes, it killed him but you really want something with a little more punch. AWD carries a Glock 23 in .40 S&W. Number three, don’t wear your pants below your ass. It looks stupid and nobody really wants to see your underwear. Well, maybe sensitive guys like Elton John want to see your underwear but do you really want sensitive guys like Elton John looking at your drawers? Wearing pants below ass will also get you shot in the chest or in the McNuggets if you are stupid enough to carry a gun without a safety and wear your pants at unit level. This should be a lesson to all homies and wigroes (a black guy got on me for calling them wiggers). I’m sure South Carolina is going to miss Dionta! All those meals and years of incarceration ahead of him. He was going to have it made!
