LOOK AT THE DETROIT POOR WITH CELL PHONES!

There are lots of examples of the dangerous results of liberal politics in the United States. Look at Dallas, Atlanta, California, New York and many others. These cities are laying off employees or furloughing, and reducing or shutting down services. Oh, how liberals love to tax the productive to give to the non-productive! As Margaret Thatcher said, liberals never get tired of spending other people’s money! What liberals never count on is taxpayers can move! And they do! Once the tax base shrinks, the party has to come to an end one day. Once again, we see liberals count on stupid. There is one city that has cornered the market on liberal stupidity and it’s results. Detroilet!

The poor in Detroit are brainwashed into thinking they are victims. After generations of dependency on taxpayers for welfare, food, transportation, etc, they are in dire straits now that taxpayers have left. Recently, thousands of Detroiters lined up to get relief from utility bills. Many in the crowd owed thousands in past-due energy bills. Many had their power cut off. The large bills come from winter when power cannot be turned off by law. Interestingly enough, the photo from the article shows many in line talking on cell phones. Want to wager their cars had spinning rims on the tires? Some of those in line were interviewed (after they got off their cellphones).

Darla Spinner, a former Ford worker, told the WSWS, “The government generates enough funds to be able to afford to help the poor and the elderly. These health care companies are making billions of dollars, but they are greedy. My grandmother is on a fixed income. She was a teacher. You work for 35-40 years and no one even says ‘thank you.’ My grandmother has to pay for everything—vision, dental—it’s ridiculous.”

Darla, the government doesn’t generate anything. The government forcefully takes money from taxpaying producers and gives it to the poor non-producers like you. Also note how Darla blames health care companies making profits and complains how her mother has to pay for health care services! Imagine that! Having to pay for a service! Why don’t doctors just work for free! Doctors don’t need money to buy food and shelter for their families. They made enough money under Bush! Hospitals should be free too! Darla didn’t mention Medicare and Medicaid for her mother. These people do not understand the basic concept that wealth must be created before it can be spent. Or in this case, forcefully taken from the producer to give to the moochers.

Detroilet is broke! Homeowners trying to flee cannot give their houses away. Black criminals prowl the streets, unions and high taxes have destroyed the auto companies and other industries and the schools are a national joke. The city has become abandoned in some parts and wildlife is openly roaming the streets. Detroit is a perfect picture of the rusults of wacko liberal policies.

Many at this event complained because the mayor, Dave Bing, has cut bus services because there is no money to pay for them. A city employee was quoted:

“Dave Bing approved a pay raise for himself, now he wants to knock off bus service. What about those Detroit people who have jobs in the suburbs and are not going to be able to get to work?”

Tough, isn’t it? When your black liberal leaders over the past 25 years have added more and more to the taxpayer until the taxpayer left? Now, only moochers live in Detroit and complain because there isn’t money for services. Who or what is to blame? Here’s what a un-employed RN sees as the culprit:

“The economic structure is breaking down under capitalism.

I went from making good money to making nothing. As of two years ago I am living with no income. I lost a $250,000 home in Rosedale Park. My payments went from $800 to $1,400 under (mortgage lender) Countrywide. I ended up in a homeless shelter, and I had lived in my home for 13 years.”

No, capitalism is not what brought Detroit to its sorry state. It is socialism that destroyed Detroit as it is destroying other cities and states. Producers stop producing when they are not allowed to keep the fruits of their labors. Or they move to where they can. Capitalism dictates selling a good or service and making a profit. That profit can be invested, saved or…in the case of the US taxpayer…forcibly seized by the government to give to those who say capitalism doesn’t work. Government and liberal politics is behind every economic problem in Detroit. Same goes for the US.

America has taught it’s poor they can always expect someone to bail them out. They are taught not to work. They are taught to see themselves as victims. They are lazy and ignorant and a tremendous drain on our country. However, there are many who are not poor but believe the same trash! Liberals permeate universities with their leftist poison. They teach gullible kids to be communists. The kids are too young to know anything.

People who cannot spell capitalism are criticizing it for the failed policies of liberalism. Our country under Hussein Hopenchange is following the same path and it will not end pretty for us. Drastic changes need to be made to reward producers. Producers cannot continue to be penalized for producing. They have to be allowed to keep more of their money. Just as in the case of illegal aliens, American tax payers are not responsible for lazy, ignorant fools! As socialism spreads throughout our country and chokes off capitalism, we are dying a slow but sure death.
