Yesterday’s address by Hussein Hopenchange after the killings at Fort Hood illustrates Obama has no compassion, love, respect or anything else for our military. He is simply playing a part. A part to help him disguise the only real thing he cares for….himself! After the horrific murders of 13 American soldiers by a Muslim officer, the country was in shock. How could this happen on an American military base? Soldiers expect to be shot at in Afghanistan or Iraq..but at Ft. Hood? This was a time when Americans looked to a President to put the shootings into perspective and to help comfort the families of the dead and reassure Americans we will overcome the evil we are fighting against. This was the perfect opportunity for Obama to step up and act, for once, like a leader. A statesman. Instead, he appeared to be an aloof, non-caring fool!
Obama spoke for 3 minutes at the Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior’s Bureau of Indian Affairs before mentioning the killings at Ft. Hood. He even started with a “shout out” to “Dr. Joe Medicine Crow — that Congressional Medal of Honor winner.” A shout out? What’s next, is he going to ask everyone to “wave their hands in the air and party like they just don’t care?” Was everyone as stunned as I in listening to this? I realize Obama is a narcissist and clueless how his hate for America shines through to rational people…but someone on his staff has to realize how bad he comes off! Obama seems to be far removed from and uncaring about the responsibilities of the leader of the free world. Of course, that freedom thing isn’t really a priority of his, is it?
Look at what he has NOT done in Iran. Iranians have been getting slaughtered in the streets protesting against the mad mullahs in Tehran and the stolen election by Ahmadinejad. Obama has completely ignored the incredible opportunity to back and encourage the freedom seekers. Remarkably, Iranians are trying to retake their country from the Islamic madmen who have controlled it for over 30 years. Obama doesn’t have the cojones to stick his neck out and go against the nutjob mullahs. Obama’s idiot press secretary Robert Gibbs said when questioned about Obama’s silence in Iran that administration officials were following reports of the unrest and “hope greatly that violence will not spread.” Well genius, the violence HAS spread. By the mullahs! The government is slaughtering the protesters. Obama shows his true distaste of liberty by not backing the freedom seeking Iranians. The protesters have begun to call Obama out saying “Obama, Obama — either you’re with them or you’re with us.”
We Americans know who Obama is with. It isn’t the Iranians seeking freedom. It isn’t the American soldiers killed in Ft. Hood or those getting killed in Afghanistan. It isn’t the American taxpayer whose money he pisses away on corrupt labor unions, ACORN or useless Stimulus bills. It isn’t about his party or even his family. Barack Hussein Obama is with only one person…Barack Hussein Obama. Yesterday’s fiasco behind the teleprompter shows just how removed he is from Americans.

What a hypocrite! He speaks about what a great honor and responsibility it is for him, the Commander in Chief (and believe me I almost choked when he said that) for keeping our troops safe and provided for, yet he’s dragging his damn feet in making a decision regarding Afghanistan. Their asses are flapping in the wind over there and he’s on stage playing Bette Davis. Puhlease!

The Bronze Star with V, the Silver Star, the Congressional Medal of Honor, etc. are not something any combat soldier wins.
The reference to decorations received in combat as something that is “won” infers that war and more specifically individual combat actions are a game. Unfortunately

I did some checking and NOT to take away from the gentleman he was shouting out to – but he had not been awarded the Congressional Medal of Honor. He had been awarded the Bronze Star and there wasn’t a mention of a V device so I am not sure if it was for individual combat actions or not.
The point is that the “commander in chef” doesn’t know the difference nor do I honestly believe he actually gives a crap.
Fort Hood was home for me for over several years. Although, personally I was only at Ft Hood for about 18 months (deployed and TDY the rest) it was most certainly home to my family. This one hit pretty hard.
The thing that bothers me the most is the way the media seems to be talking about this islamic freak hussan as the victim. I have even heard one whack say that “do you think he had “”pre traumatic stress syndrome”? None of the lame stream media has even voiced concerns about the families of the real victims.
This was a terrorist attack. Failure to recognize this for what it was is just another PC nail in the coffin they will bury our freedom in.
Actually, it was the Presidential Medal of Freedom, which is the highest civilian honor to be issued, that the usurper in chief bestowed upon Joe on Aug 12th.

Adding to Johnny Anger’s post: It’s no secret Hussein is worthless without a script. He talks like a reverend,calculates each word, and says them without emotion. Without a script, he’s stammering like a junkie and likely to say something stupid like when he went off the cuff about the po-lice & Skippy Gates (The “The Cambridge Police acted stupidly” incident). That’s when you get the genuine, visceral, contemptuous side of Obama- when his fellow radicals are in question.
