HUSSEIN HOPENCHANGE WANTS TO EMBARRASS USA
I know you don’t but don’t believe anything that slithers out of the mouth of Attorney General Eric Holder. Especially when he talks about….well, anything! Today, we heard him talking about bringing the alleged criminals of 9/11 to trial in NYC. He said it would be significant because the trial would take place a short distance from where the Twin Towers fell. I don’t know about you but I just get fuzzies in my tummy thinking about that.
What I really find significant is now Khalid Sheikh Muhammad, the evil murderer of Daniel Pearl and mastermind of 9/11 attacks, will have the same rights in court as would any American citizen. Under military law he could have been treated as an enemy combatant and executed. But Hopenchange and his socialist ilk want to shut Guantanamo and bring all the misunderstood “one man disasters”….that’s the new word for terrorism under Obama…to the US where they can abuse and use our legal system to cry about how they were tortured into confessing and/or have their message of jihad played nightly on televisions all over the world. Not to mention inviting every Muslim wack-job to attack NYC during the trial.
This is a pathetic effort by Obama to embarrass George Bush and America while closing Gitmo at the same time. We will hear about how the poor little terrorist babies were treated by the CIA. Their corrupt lawyers will try every trick in the book to change venues, prolong the trial or any other scumbag lawyer trick they can imagine. Obama doesn’t care for a minute about the families of the murdered in New York and what the trial will put them through. With his approval numbers tanking and everything he has attempted failed, he must try to shift the attention back to President Bush. Obama will point the finger at how badly America has treated Muslim nations and their religion of peace…but he’s different! I got news for Hussein Hopenchange. When they compare you to Mao Tse Tung in China…it’s not a good thing!
Only in America would we give a man responsible for the deaths of 3,000 Americans 9 years ago a public trial with the rights of an American citizen! Maybe I should say only in Obama’s America! An America that is getting harder to live in each passing day!
Prediction, Khalid Sheikh Muhammad will not get the death penalty. He will get life in prison where he can poison the minds of young American criminals with terrorist BS. Anybody want to take that bet?

I beleive my biggest fear over this fiasco will be realized. Just as Jim B says they will be released because of what liberal wussies think is torture. What has happened to us? I would hate to think what would happen if we had a real crisis such as Pearl Harbor. We are toast! Is there any country anyone out there knows of modeled after ours with a similar constitution? Maybe one that has not been castrated by lefty wackjobs? It may be time to become an immigrant. My guess is there isn’t. The only other choices are to take ours back or go quietly into the night. How will they assemble a jury of his peers? It was suggested you might start with Jeremiah Wright, Cindy Sheehan, Keith Olberman, Bill Ayres and Bernadine Dohrn. It would seem that there are an almost innumerable amount of technicalities that would sink this case. During WW2, nazi saboteurs who were captured in this country (and probably did less damage) were given swift military justice. But this is no longer a war on terror. Perhaps we shall learn during the trial that MassKillerSheikhMuhammad was simply misunderstood or that he only gave us what we deserved. Is this a great country, or what?

I’m completely in favor of not putting these poor, misunderstood freedom fighters through a trial. It would be so much more efficient to let them go and as they’re walking away gun them down. A couple of bullets are a lot cheaper than a lengthy trial and I’m just trying to help out the economy.

Federal judges seem to have a lot of authority so is it possible that one could rule against the atty gen?

I’m with Paradox on this. I can see this whole thing ending in complete disaster. More bombings and murder. Wright said it best. “America’s chickens have come home to roost.” But it’s on Obama’s watch, and his administrations blantant stupidity in thinking that these terrorists are common criminals, his piss poor handling of Afghanistan, and lack of resect for the troops.

Giving them a criminal trial gives them a chance to give justification their religion of murder. And the left can use this a perfect platform to rant about torture. These bastards will walk away, saying that they confessed to false charges because of the stress of torture.

I have heard that they confessed (I know, under duress) and wanted to be killed, so that they could be martyrs and get their 73 virgins. I say we should have given it to them. But no, that would have been way too easy.
