UN AND SWISS GOVERNMENT CRITICIZE MINARET BAN

MUSLIM MINARET - UGLIER THAN A SUPER WAL-MART
Here’s the big non-surprise of the day. The UN’s human rights chief Navi Pillay said Sunday’s referendum to outlaw the construction of minarets in Switzerland was the product of “anti-foreigner scare-mongering.” She said,
“These are extraordinary claims when the symbol of one religion is targeted. I am saddened to see xenophobic arguments gain such traction with Swiss voters despite their “long-standing support of fundamental human rights.”
Don’t get your burkha in a wad, Navi. The minaret ban doesn’t prohibit Muslims from practicing their religion or force mosques to take down minarets already constructed. The Swiss people decided they did not want immigrant’s towers to dominate the Swiss skyline.
The Useless Nations is not alone in criticizing the lawful vote of the Swiss. The Swiss government has also criticized the vote as a “security risk” to Switzerland. Swiss Foreign Minister Micheline Calmy-Rey said the Swiss government was “very concerned” about the ban, adopted by voters on Sunday. She said,
“Each limitation on the co-existence of different cultures and religions also endangers our security.”
I would suggest that experience shows allowing Muslims into your country endangers your security. So the Swiss government is engaging in the old “maybe if we’re nice, they won’t beat us up” method of dealing with brutes. Muslims have made their desires quite clear. They seek world domination of Islam and have shown they are ready to use violence and terrorism to achieve their goals. Politically correct but mentally retarded politicians around the globe wish to consider Islam as the religion of peace. It is anything but peaceful and every day brings terror and death around the globe. Want proof? Here is what the religion of peace has done in the past few days as found on The Religion of Peace website:
2009.11.30 (Pattani, Thailand) – A man is shot to death inside his home by Islamic radicals.
2009.11.29 (Nimroz, Afghanistan) – Six Afghan police officers are murdered in cold blood by a Talibani disguised as one of them.
2009.11.29 (Ghalbiyah, Iraq) – Suspected al-Qaeda bombers take down another Iraqi.
2009.11.29 (Kohat, Pakistan) – At least thirty people celebrating a holiday are blown to bits when a suicide car bomber plows into a crowded market.
2009.11.28 (Baladweyn, Somalia) – Two clerics are assassinated by Hizbul-Islam gunmen outside a mosque.
2009.11.28 (Bhopal, India) – Three people are gunned down in an ambush by a SIMI terrorist.
One may pretend a bully has not punched them in the nose but the fact remains that a bully has punched them in the nose. 57% of Swiss voters and 22 of 26 provinces supported the minaret ban. The Swiss see the Islamization of their country and have drawn a very small line. The government and UN have no right to criticize the legal votes of the Swiss people.
Perhaps the next step is to ban all immigration of Muslims. AWD has called for that since September 12, 2001. Why? Muslims have illustrated they have no allegiance to their new countries. Many have sinister motives for immigrating. Political correctness is simply not worth the risk of admitting people into the country whose religion seeks world domination and is in direct opposition to personal liberty.
I realize that Muslims built the United States and have had a major role in our development (source: Barack Hussein Obama) but how many times must we be punched in the nose? Like the Swiss, Americans have seen the bully and want no more of him. We are not worried by the knee-jerk accusations of racism or discrimination. Sometimes common sense has to kick in. It’s about time our leaders develop some!
Bravo to the Swiss. Hopefully, this will encourage European countries to start standing up against the Muslim bully. AWD calls for immediate bans on immigration of any follower of the religion of death in the United States.

AWD…Thanks for the update on what the outcome was with the votes from the Swiss, I heard about this two days ago, caught some early yesterday morning, still didn’t know what would happen…this should send a message loud and clear around the world…the UN can get screwed as far as I’m concerned, I’m past sick that we haven’t extricated ourselves from that filthy, corrupt, organization more than 20 years ago now, I get weary of writing about it myself now and then…the liberals of this world, of course including our own country are going to be the cause of death of millions if they don’t shut-up-wake-up-see-the-light…or move the hell out of the way.
Cheers to the Swiss People…hoping this spreads around the world.
The problem, as I see it, is that Islam is an ideology cloaked in the robes of religion. As such, it becomes untouchable in America as, for the first time, in recent years, the true purpose of the separation of church and state is applied.
It is a very delicate issue, but it needs redefinition here in America as a political system, not a religion. That is what it is.
Arguments would be posed, if and when someone begins to change the definition. They will be specious, but my God, look at our profiling laws.
I think we should build small minarets and play Vlad the Impaler.
Black Muslims give Clemmon’s the cop-killer ‘King of the Day’ Award.

..I second that motion, except leave some of those minarets up in areas that lack enough cell phone towers and oil drilling rigs….put the s**t to OUR use.

Clever Misterbill, very clever wording indeed!(tip my hat)
Vlad Tepes certainly had a “way” of dealing with invading Muslims.
“We(Muslims)cannot defeat a man(Vlad Tepes)who is capable of doing this!” – Mehmed II “the Conqueror” Sultan of the Ottoman Empire, after seeing(and ordering a full retreat) the impaled corpses of over 20,000 Turkish captives(the Forest of the Impaled)outside the Wallachian capital.
Vlad Tepes and his army of Wallachian nationalists were outnumbered three to one,and possessed inferior arms and armor.
It is all right there in the history books, thirteen centuries worth,of Islamic “peace”.
When will the West ever learn?
Hillbilly Jack
Hillbilly Jack–
I will presume to answer your question–my observations suggest the west is not learning and is, indeed, heading farther from the facts.
I hold to my belief that Islam is a political ideology and that Muslims are the enemies of Christians and atheists.
As an ideology, the Quran and the Muslim belief system challenges the foundation of our country. They–Muslims –need to be removed form our country. But, there is a greater enemy. Americans. Americans who have been taught to hate Americans in our public schools and who pass this false information on to today’s children. White men are evil and treat all other with evil. Not white men have built the greatest system of government and freedom that has ever existed in the world.
I am so tired of people who tell the world how cruel we were to the Amerinds and never once explain how many white people were killed by them an in horrible ways. The story about the Japaneses internment camps are quite bad and sad to remember, but we never had to worry about fifth column Japanese. Lastly, there was a radio show years ago ( I am an old geezer” wherea comedian using a bad accent would ask as final evidence of anyone involved–”Vere yu dare Charlie?”,(Were you there Charlie?)These bloody bleeding hearts are trying to apply the safety and comfort of the world they live in to another time and aspect of life. It is childish, stupid and insulting to our forebears and our intelligence.
They are damned lucky that Vlad is not running things today and that is thanks to our men an women in uniform. They all need to grow up.
For those with interest. The battle by the Muslims has been going on for centuries. There was a decisive victory by the Christians in 1683 at Vienna that quieted the Ottoman Empire for a long time. “Although no one realized it at the time, the battle shaped the outcome of the entire war as well. The Ottomans fought on for another 16 years, losing control of Hungary and Transylvania in the process, before finally giving up. The end of the conflict was finalized by the Treaty of Karlowitz.
The battle marked the historic end of the expansion into Europe of the declining Ottoman Empire.”
(Wikipedia)
It was the second try at Vienna and I don’t remember how many efforts at Europe before that. I believe the military expression is that the “had their asses handed to them” at Vienna in 1683.
Today they are quietly, insidiously invading every European country as well as the USA and Canada. There is no King John Sobieski of Poland to save us. As a matter of fact, the deadliest enemy in this invasion are those who are responsible to protect those self same countries. We here in America call them elected officials and judges. Europe is beginning to waken. We are not.
I suggest that we need to start sharpening stakes and offering alternatives.Leave , or stake for dinner.
MisterBillisBack!
“The story about the Japaneses internment camps are quite bad and sad to remember, but we never had to worry about fifth column Japanese.”
The Japanese internment camps were Sunday School Picnics compared to the Bataan Death March. The Japs practiced CANNABALISM on captured allied troops. The Japs killed MILLIONS of Chinese during the Rape of Nanking and throughout the Japanese occupation of China that did not end until 1945.
Truman was right- the Japs only saw the “light” after Hiroshima and Nagasaki. No regrets. Who asked them to make a sneak attack on Pearl Harbor while they were setting us up during negotiations in Washington for a peaceful resolution?
The internment camps were for their own protection against American vigilante death squads who were planning revenge. No Jap was ever put to death in an internment camp. These internment camps were 1000X better than the American Indian Reservations, which really were VERY sad.
Read “Bury My Heart at Wounded Knee”, if you really want to get depressed.

Misterbill,I would like to offer my appreciation and express my thanks to you,for taking the time to outline a brief, but very important period of the West’s history of opposing Islam.
Dudes and dudettes will be greatly served by such historical knowledge and truth, again I thank you for your effort.Too many Americans, even many that we consider our friends and allies are too quick to dismiss or disregard history.
Perhaps a brief rememberance of Charles “the Hammer” Martel is in order?
You cannot know where you are going, unless you know where you have been.

“The Japanese internment camps were Sunday School Picnics compared to the Bataan Death March.” – Olds442
Amen Olds,amen.
My 93 year old second cousin, the double first cousin of my maternal grandfather, survived the Bataan Death March and years of imprisonment under the Japanese.
When liberated from the prison camp,he weighed 90 pounds and because of the TRUE horrors that he witnessed and the severe abuse and deprivation he experienced at the hands of the Japanese,he became an alchoholic in the post war years.
His faith and a good wife saved him from a life of ruin.
He outlived all of our family of his generation, and passed away last year.
May he rest in peace,he suffered enough.
Hillbilly Jack
He bore no grudge against the Japanese, and did not hate them, and neither do I..BUT..I,like him refuse to apologize for the actions of America during WW2..PERIOD!
Has anyone noticed that they kind of resemble a ballistic missile?Hmmm?
Remember Pearl Harbor.
Thank G-d, Americans of that generation never forgot December 7, 1941.
We can only pray that this generation never forgets September 11, 2001.
I remember Pearl Harbor. I was 8 year old. We had a console radio in the parlor, a room we were allowed to enter on Sundays only. My dad surprised me. He was one tough guy. He, at first, was very angry and shouted tough, threatening words. He was not given to using bad language. He then quieted down. I was lying on the floor in front of the radio. I do not remember at this time if it was the news or the speech by FDR later in the day. There were tears in his eyes. That scared me more than hearing what was on the radio.
In 1942, my dad, 38 years old, father of 5, joined the navy. He had to get a letter of permission from my mom because of his age and family situation. He was at D-Day on the USS Quincy and later in the Pacific on the same ship. My older brother, Harry, who promised my dad he would stay home and take care of our family, broke his word to my dad and enlisted at 17 in the Marines. He was sent to the Pacific theater and was in action on at least 5 islands. I do not remember them all, but Eniwetok was one of them.
Our family was extremely grateful that President Truman made the decision to end the war at the cost of Japanese civilian lives.
The history guessers of today who sit around and condemn his decision to drop th bomb, in this old man’s opinion, are responsible for the attitudes of our anti-American youth of today.
We are(were?) a proud and decent nation. We are the most generous nation that has ever existed. No one man or nation is perfect. True patriots, true Americans, look to the great deeds we have accomplished and recognize how hard it was for those who represented us to make decisions to protect us.
I will never forget Pearl Harbor. I will never forget 9/11. My heroes are the men and women of all our wars. They obeyed the oaths they took , swearing to protect our country. Yes, some of the causes they spent their blood for, may, in hindsight, look to armchair warriors to have been wrong, but they were not wrong. The troops were and are Americans dedicated to this country. I live across the street from a WW2 veteran. I am a Korean veteran. My dad and brother have been dead for years. They loved this country and risked their lives for it.
I have grand nephews and nieces on active duty now. The children of my nephews and nieces who also served.
Misterbill, as a veteran myself, although I never faced a combat situation, I respect and give thanks for you and all those who served during peacetime and especially those of you that faced the horror of combat. This country will never be able to repay those that gave their blood, sweat, tears and lives to defend those things that our forefathers established and that these liberals today take for granted, apologise for and try to give away. God Bless all U.S. veterans, allies, all their families and everyone who supports those with their efforts and prayers.
Olds, you mean Sept. 11, the National Day of Service?
