REPUBLICAN LEADERS = MR. WUSSYPANTS
The Angry White Dude is a conservative. I am no longer a Republican. The reason is because the Republicans have shown themselves to be a clutch of Mr. Wussypants. They are also the new Democrats. For years, Republicans in DC have been pushed around by miserable lefty wastes of oxygen such as Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid, Chuck Schumer, Dick (and I mean that most sincerely) Durbin, Hillary Clinton and many, many more from the great unwashed masses of socialists in Washington. Nearly every problem we face as Americans can be attributed to Democrats of both parties. From the oil shortage, to crime, educational issues, economic problems, etc. The Republicans have been too timid to take on the libs. Republicans such as Olympia Snowe, John McCain, Lindsey Graham, Arlen Specter and many others qualify as wastes of oxygen and have done much damage to the USA through their incompetence.
Beating the libs isn’t that hard if you have two basic things: intelligence and cojones. The Wussypants haven’t shown any of the latter and the former is suspect. That is why Juan McPain is the Republican candidate and will probably lose to a communist!
The USA functions better when we have conservative leadership in Washington. Bush is a moderate, as was his father. We have not had a conservative since Reagan and it may be some time before we see another in the Presidency. America is changing and it is not for the better. Republicans have turned into Democrats and Democrats have turned into Socialists. Our elected representatives have ignored the will of the voters. Whoever wins the Presidency, we are in for a tough 4 years. Hopefully, a new conservative is waiting in the wings!
The Angry White Dude longs for real man leadership. It doesn’t have to be a man…just not Hillary or any other lib but someone who shows intelligence and cojones. Here is a clip of the type of President I would like to see:

Angry White Dude,
I couldn’t agree with your thoughts on our worthless Republican leadership (if you can call what they do leadership). Your page is awesome and I hope you will continue to fight the good fight.
Your friend and former Republican (also),
Rob
Thank you Rob! The Angry White Dude is….well…Angry with the Republicans how they have tarnished the party of Reagan! Make yourself heard and welcome to the AWD family!
Angry White Dude
The video says it’s no longer available.
Is this the liberal Google owners conspiracy? Yes… the same far left conspiracy the sunk Hillary’s chances at the Oval office.
I can recall when I used to wrtie to Bill Frist and complain bitterly that he was passing up every opportunity to hit back at the libs/dems – what a MONUMENTAL WASTE of time that was!
I cannot believe that I will be voting for McCain – he is a poor choice for a Republican and most especially for a conservative. I won’t sit out the vote though and allow that racist socialist obamama to win, because I couldn’t hold my nose long enough to flip the lever for RINO McCain………
Mark, I just checked and the video still works. Please try again….it’s pretty funny!

Maybe we need LEADERS instead of POLITICIANS for a change. Please come back, Mr. Reagan.
Angry Walter
Sadly, some of the Republican leaders have given up the ideologies once characteristic of the Republican Party of Reagan, specifically that of conservative views. I’m a conservative republican, and I wish another candidate was running for President on the Republican ticket, but you must realize that many conservative Republicans still exist out there. We cannot just sit back and let liberal nutjobs get elected in various offices, then decry the GOP for being a party of wussies. A few leaders do not represent the whole. Many leaders in the GOP still stand for fairness and morality and are not pushed around by other liberals. Unfortunately, the media holds such a powerful influence over the public, so utilizing a liberal spin on everything helps shape people’s view of Republicans, usually a bad view of them. While people like McCain has been too trusting of liberal democrats in the senate and has worked together with them sometimes in enacting ridiculous legislation, i.e. his global warming bill, McCain has for the most part voted conservative. Thomas Sowell put it very correctly in a recent article that McCain is not a softie in foreign affairs, so he would take threats like Iran and North Korea seriously and not negotiate without preconditions like Obama has said he would and falsely accused McCain of saying the same. Also, McCain would appoint judges to the Supreme Court who would actually interpret the Constitution and not what they want the Constitution to say. In sum, by not voting for McCain, this only allows Obama to have a better chance to win because let’s face the facts, Bob Barr is not going to win no matter how you look at it. McCain is the only chance we have to lead our country forward without completely screwing our economy over like Obama would. As much as I dislike McCain, everyone must realize that Obama would be so much worse than McCain. So please consider your options and try to get others to realize how devastating it would be if Obama became the president. If you want more Supreme Court justices like the five who just voted for Constitutional rights for terrorists in Guantanamo, go ahead and protest against McCain and let Obama win. I’m sure many people will remember your protest when the next election season comes around. As for me, I will be eligible to vote for the first time, and I will vote McCain.
Micah, thanks for your well thought out comment. I, however, see very little difference between McCain and Obama. I’ll give you the Iraq war and foreign policy but there is NO guarantee that McCain would appoint the judges you describe. Why? Just a few years ago, he had the opportunity to support Bush seat well-qualified, conservative judges. Instead, he and 13 liberal Senators blocked him. Not to mention the amnesty fiasco, not wanting to drill for more oil, etc.
I understand and believe that Obama would be worse, but to vote for McCain tells the Republican Party that it is acceptable to be Democrats. It’s either kill us now or kill us from a thousand cuts. Either way, we’re going to die. Thanks again for your comments and welcome to the family!

Love that video! Micah – congratulations on becoming a voter! It’s heartening to see a young person who has done some thinking on the issues. I agree that we need to vote for McCain as the lesser evil. I was disgusted with some of his antics, and I think he actually believed that the media ‘liked’ him when he went against Republicans. He’s in for a rude shock. But it’s important to keep Obama out of the WH while we figure out a way to regroup.
I’m not gonna be labeled a Conservative. And God knows I would never tolerate a Liberal label.
But I do believe that it is futile to place your faith in ANY politician. Think about it: when was the last time a pol did something for US, we who have never contributed thousands of dollars to their campaign?
Every time there is an election, 90% of the country says, “Yeah, MY guy is gonna solve the problems! My guy will CHANGE things!” They can’t get it through their heads that the politician IS the problem, NOT the solution!
That is why I cannot vote anymore. I refuse to vote for someone whose only loyalty is HIMSELF, & damn everyone else, even their families.Their only accomplishment, if you want to call it that, is to legally ROB me through taxation. Screw them all.
Angry White Dude? You’re damn right I am.
Welcome my friend to shelter from the storm!

Angry White Dude, although I have kept up with recent politics dating back to fall of 2007 when I took a Government class in high school, I have learned much before that period but not as much as I would have liked. I did not know what you said about McCain was true. It is a pity that the Republicans don’t have a better choice to run against Obama. I concede that on many things, the Republicans have been soft, or wussies as many would put it. It seems that many of the Republicans have deviated from the Contract with America and the values for which they once stood, and only sought votes, so they compromised. I know that many Republicans do not fit that mold, but we need more conservative leaders who have a backbone. By the way, I really enjoy this website because of all of the truth you present about how ridiculed we white male folk are. Every time I see a commercial like some of the ones you present -and I have seen quite a few- I think of this site. Keep up the great work, and hopefully McCain won’t be as bad as we think. Hopefully. If we press him enough. Maybe I’m too naive. I certain hope not.
I mean I certainly hope not.
Micah, you seem to be a very bright, young man. Study all that you can to find the truth. Don’t take anyone’s word for it. Even mine. Study all sides of an argument and you will come to a conclusion. Of course, the AWD’s conclusion is always right…lol.
McPain is a terrible choice for conservatives and is only marginally better than Obama. It is sad that these two are the best the Repubs and DemonRats can find. We conservatives have to work hard to make our voices heard. Keep studying and reading and keep visiting this site.
