Spent a chunk of my weekend out at a local (in the ‘burbs) gun show advertising the wares of the Oath Keepers. Was great to see so many patriotic Americans in one place. All I could think of was that Big Sis Napolitano and her merry band of tyrannical misfits at the Department of Fatherland Security must be downing Tums by the handful watching more and more Americans wake up to the machinations of the Liberal Establishment…as gun sales go through the roof as a result.

For anyone not familiar with the Oath Keepers, there are various “meetup” groups around the country (e.g., http://www.meetup.com/New-York-City-Oath-Keepers/ or http://www.meetup.com/HudsonValleyNY-OathKeepers/) to help educate those with a license to kill American citizens (i.e., military, law enforcement, etc.) about the oath they took to uphold the Constitution—and the priority that oath has over direct orders from superiors.

Ever find yourself buried in crap to do—both professional and extra-curricular-wise—and yet still can’t help but come up with some pointless activity with which to occupy your time? No? Well, I do, so shut up. I made these the other day with the intent of passing them out at my upcoming (and first) “meetup” with the [NYC] Oath Keepers. I think I’ll also get in the habit of randomly dropping them around town. I know there are more of me out there, on the down low, desperate for an oasis of sanity…somewhere…anywhere…
